I bought this for my husband . He is so VERY PLEASED with it. He said that it gets your eyes aligned over your golf ball. This makes the ball go straight every time.
I used it to help me get the face of my putter back to square. I had it open for so long I had gotten used to it. I am putting better now.
The one drawback is it shifts position with a very small tap. I wish it anchored more.
I've been wanting one of these for quite awhile but they are always a bit over-priced. This one was cheap, around $13 so I grabbed it. And it told me exactly what I needed to learn. It showed that my eyes were beyond the target line, a no-no for putting. I made the adjustment and my putting has improved noticeably right away. Only negative is that it scratches fairly easily.
Set up with your eye over the line in the middle, make your stroke. Even better if you have a ball that you drew a straight line on it. Makesure also to aim the line of the board directly where you want to putt.
Certainly improved my setup and my putting. Well worth the $15, and helped me make some more putts than I did before.
This works. Used several times on the practice green. Line it up, line your eyes up, then putt smooth to watch the ball fall in the cup. Great practice tool. This brand is just as nice as the more expensive ones. Glad I bought this one.
