AUTOPHIX OBD2 OBD II Scanner Enhanced OM126P Vehicle Code Reader Auto Diagnostic Check Engine Light for All OBD II Car After 1996[Upgrade Version]

I really loved the fact that the product is incredibly small and compact. This makes it great if you want to keep it in your car. The entire scanner is protected by a thick rubber case which is practically impenetrable. In terms of ease of use, its fairly easy to operate. All you have to do is plug it in to the car's computer port and it will be ready for use! If you read the detailed instructions manual carefully, then you should have no troubles whatsoever using this. I tried mine on my Toyota Matrix 2013 and it worked fine. I could not get any codes out of it because there is nothing wrong with my car. If yours has something wrong, then it will most definitely read it. Not only can you choose from presets, but you can also input your very own specific codes and also save them in the device itself for future use. Overall I would definitely recommend it to the average consumer and the professional mechanic

OM126P code reader is a replacement for an older OM126. Although there is nothing wrong with my old scanner, it is not updatable, does not provide live data or save and record data and codes, etc., it just reads the code and description and can erase them, nothing more.

This is a nice upgrade to that, and costs a little less than my old one when it was new. I used it to diagnose a check engine light right away and found 2 codes. It was easy to connect, read the codes and define them, and I was able to store them to access at my computer. When I got to my laptop, I do not use a Windows system so the software for the tool is not compatible here. But regardless of that, I was able to still connect via USB, which powered on the device, and I could then view the saved codes. As minor as it seems, this is much easier and convenient than using a piece of paper and writing them down. Another nice feature that my old handheld scanner does not have is the ability to check the emission status.

There are some extra features like viewing live data to help diagnose problems. This data could be hard to understand for some, but it is there as an added feature as you are still provided the code(s) and descriptions of the issues reported. The software is available for Windows only. I tried to run this on Linux using Wine without success. I can install it and run it, but it fails to recognize the scanner via the USB connection. It is not specified as able to run on Linux, so this is not a problem, just an observation. Oh and I tried on my Volvo and it read the codes wish I have more expensive readers that don't read my Volvo. I am very pleased with this code reader.

This works very well and has a decent user guide that is written in good English. A must have to double check that annoying check engine light. Color screen is back lit and has great easy to read large letters. Unit is upgradable (via computer and usb cord) and they incliude the cord! Buttons have a great positive feel and has a nice grippy overcover. Small and compact. You can even store codes then go online with the unit and get feedback on what the code is and means. Even non mechanics can use this unit to see whats going on.

ODB readers have finally gotten cheap enough that any casual car person can afford one. For me, I was curious about some of the icons that appear in my 2010 Prius in certain conditions (usually just scheduled maintenance related). I also have some codes that are used to show the status of the gas engine and I wanted to look them up.

This device plugged right in, connected to my car, and let me scroll through the common preset codes. I have no faults in my vehicle currently, so I cannot test that. However, I like the quality of the reader, and the nice color display.

It has a USB cable that can be used to download information to a computer, but I have no need for this and did not try it.

Well made. Easy to read. Fairly easy to use (the basic stuff is simple; there are lots more options with it that look a bit more involved).

As a mechanic and part time used car dealer i often find myself running out to check a car. Sometimes im away from my office and dont have my handy $X,XXX snap-on code reader. For these situations i bought one of these simple code readers.

Form factor:

small enough to be convenient, big enough to fit in comfortably in your hand, large enough screen to read the text VERY clearly, long enough cable to reach every cars obd2 port that ive encountered

Function:

As advertised, it can read and clear engine faults that are not HARD codes (dead sensors that signal the ecu when you key one, and not faults that require several miles or ignition cycles to register. surprisingly it also showed be pending faults, very handy.

In the case of the car that i used in the photo i was scanning a new trade in and could see the coolant temperature was not coming up to full hot. Using the scanner i was shown a thermostat performance code. Basically the car sensed that the thermostat was not opening properly (via expected temp readings from coolant temp sensors) and showed me this code. i was also happy to see it was not just a readout of the P-code, but actual text detailing what that fault was. I informed the owner and the vehicle was priced accordingly. Later the car did in fact pop the "check engine" for this fault, but i was able to see it early as a "pending" fault before the light got kicked on.

the only negative i saw with this unit was that i went on sale after i got it for a bit lower. that being said, its worth the money.

Edit: gave it 5stars now that the price has gone down.

Description

AUTOPHIX OM126P OBD2 SCANNER can accurately find and fix the problem when the car engine OBDII system turns on a warning lamp(MIL) on the vehicle instrument panel to alert the driver typically by the phrase “Check Engine” or “Service Engine Soon”. Resetting the monitor and turn off the engine light, it also tells you what is going on before bringing the car in for repair. Saves time and money for repairs. Compared with the other similar products at home and abroad, humanization design buttons and interfaces upgrade the comfort of operation, the function with competitive advantage.

I have had a decent car mechanic recently, but I have had my fair share of dishonest ones. I remember one time when a "multiple point inspection" revealed a LOT of work that "needed to be done" to my car...which I was dubious about because it seemed too much of a "perfect storm" of issues. I took it to another mechanic a friend of mine recommended and discovered about there was about $1,200 of unnecessary repairs that the previous mechanic tried to get me to agree to.

The "check engine" light is one that is fraught with worry - it's a nebulous error that is as frustrating as getting a fatal error message on your PC that requests that you save everything and shut down without telling you WHY.

Now you have that tool for "WHY." Your mechanic may suggest some work to take care of that "check engine" light...but you can be armed with the knowledge of knowing what that might be. You may need to look up where the hookup for your diagnostic tool (OBD II) is located, but this is extremely easy to find with a basic internet search and there are numerous YouTube videos as well if you don't know where it is.

Unless your car is older than 1996, you're fully capable of diagnosing your car and confirming what your mechanic is telling you...or maybe saving you hundreds if not thousands of dollars if you're being taken for a ride. Honestly, I don't know why current model cars don't simply display this on screens in your car these days. But at least you have something that you can use with this handy gadget!

I have another OBDII Scanner that works with an app for my smart phone. It does the basic job but is a bit of a pain to use and you have to watch out for false readings. This one while maybe not such a technological whiz bang thingy, it does the job relatively easy and reliably which is what you want in a scanner. It saw existing problems I knew was already there in my old 2005 car and was able to clear a "Check Engine" false indication also for me.

This is the one you want unless you have some real need for an expensive professional model it should do anything you need it to do and probably save you some serious money if you are dealing with a dishonest mechanic.

NOTE: Do remember to charge it before use

This code reader works very well, but it failed to work on my 2019 Honda Ridgeline truck until I updated it. The problem is the updated only runs on a PC, so I had to use Parallels on my Mac running Windows 10 to get the updater to run. Once that was done, the updater worked more or less fine. The instructions clearly indicate the web site for the updater so I will not give the details here.

This code reader has a nice color screen and works well. The manual is decent although it is written in pigeon english, which is more or less common these days. The hardware is very good, and the updater will work well for anyone with a Windows computer running Windows 7 or 10. If you are a Mac user without access to Windows you should not buy this.

I had no trouble using this scanner to test read codes on my wife's 2013 Town and country, or my 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander. I also tested it on my neighbors older 2001 Chevy S-10 and all codes were read. In my neighbors case, he had an egr code that I was able to clear (But will probably come back).

Not only does this work great, it's well built with a rubber molding around the edges. Great OBD scanner!

Save that trip to the auto part store to get your codes read. This reads more things than most of these devices and provides accurate information. I worked in the testing groups of the trucking and auto industry for years, and I could have used this a nice convenient device for reading DTC's (diagnostic trouble codes). It reads many things that are communications protocols in a vehicle. CAN or control area network is a serial (meaning sequential) communication used in automobiles. It was developed in Germany, and adopted by the automotive industry, although the data design of the protocol is similar, each automotive company chose their own way to indicate the codes for the various communications between systems. This is contrast to the later Government standard J1939 for trucks, trains, helicopters and the like. The automotive companies had it first so they all have their own non-unified standard. I say all this because since this does more than most, it has to interpret the CAN communication of most automotive manufacturers accurately. There are many differences in DTC's and other message types so the software needs to handle that.

The device itself is durable and easy to use, a simple array of buttons gets you to the right place. An easy to use short manual tells you what you need to know. One of the most important tests I found was the missfires. I've had a lot of that with my vehicle. Once I got a series of codes and found out I'd been given bad gas at one of the pumps in Michigan, I was able to correct this simply by adding premium gas and a gas drying agent. A year later I was experiencing a flashing code on the dash, and I found more missfires, but this time it was due to one of the coil banks was going bad, it had to be replaced, and the DTC identified it, so just doing that I was back to normal. BTW missfires when bad are easy to detect because the car runs rough and sometimes stalls. They have many sources, so it's important to find out what. Sometimes only a single spark plug will be missfiring and it just needs a replacement or you could have damage or wear to that cylinder, making the repair much more expensive.

For the price, I've not seen an array of diagnotic features this comprehensive. It also can set some things, turn off some alarms so you can see if the issue is still present. Some DTC's self heal after many keycycles, and others don't, but if the issue is transient you don't have to look at it for the next 40 to 80 keycycles to remove the warning light. If it occurs again it's time to look for a repair shop. The device can be updated as well. Communication and diagnostic software is always being updated on vehicles, so you need to be updated to read it as well. I like this reader a lot. Recommended.

Nilight 25" 162W Led Light Bar Flood Spot Combo Waterproof Driving Lights Off Road Lights for SUV UTE Truck ATV UTV ,2 Years Warranty

Nilight 25

Put this light on my bull bar and it works perfect. No water issues and it is amazingly bright. Good quality at a great price. The pictures don't do it any justice. I blinded my neighbor 3 houses down.

Update: Been over a month now and since I live I Florida I deal with rain just about everyday. Got caught in a nasty torrential down pour while on the interstate and after my drive the light was clean and dry inside with no fog. Very impressed.

I love this thing!! I mounted it behind the grille of my 2013 Chevrolet. Very bright, and looks cool. I did not see any installation instructions in the box. The only complaint I have is regarding the mounting brackets. They are slotted to allow you to tilt and level the light in case you mount it to a bumper or other surface that is not flat, which is great. The problem is there is not enough slot to allow you to mount the light to a vertical surface and still aim level to the ground. This meant I was only able to use half the bolts. It seems pretty stable, but I wish I could have used all 12 bolts. This is the only negative comment I have.
Check out the Nilight website. they have a video of a guy abusing the light with saws, torches, and hammers and for the most part it keeps working. This is what sold me. By the way, my Walmart sells a similar light for twice the price..

The LED light bar is very bright despite its 25 inch size. Quality appears good, heavy-duty rugged.
It was a difficult removing the plastic protective covering on the front lens, I had to use a pick to get it started peeling back out of a corner. (see picture)
Also, I recommend adding lock washers or blue thread lock to all the bolts to ensure nothing comes loose since it doesn't have any lock washers included.
I used a relay added in engine compartment and a switch on my Dash to power it. I had the spare parts from other projects but I've seen where the relay and switch kit is also sold in a variety of styles on Amazon.
No instructions were included but not really needed if you buy it a relay and switch kit you should be good to go with those instructions.
See my pictures for more details.

The light bar is easy to mount to the rack on the front of my Honda rancher with the use of some horizontal light bar clamp mounts. Only two of the three mounts lines up well, but the bar stays put and secure only using 2/3 mounts. I wired it directly to the battery using a Nilight wiring /relay harness which adds a lighted switch up by the handlebars. The bar outputs a ton of light in a nice flood/spot combo pattern. It helps you to see far in front of you, as well as plenty of flood light to the sides, upwards and downwards of the bar location. It will make plowing at night much easier and safer as not only will I be able to see more, but I will be spotted by motorists more easily as well. It also makes nighttime trail rides more enjoyable!

I would also like to comment on Nilight's customer service. I have used them in the past on one of their other products and they were great to deal with. They are very responsive and stand behind their product quality! It's nice to know you're buying a good product, but if you ever have a problem, this company will be there to help you out.

Just set this up on the bumper of my Jeep. Perfect for what I wanted. Seems well made and everything arrived as expected in good condition. Bought the wire harness with switch to install. Thought about giving this 4 stars as it came with no instructions included with the light or the wire harness, but I did some google searches and figured out how to do it. Installing the light bar itself took about an hour but I was making some adjustments to the brackets and used my own hardware to better fit my custom install. The wire harness took about another hour or so but I was trying to install as neatly as I could and running the lights to the switch in the cab. Was going to wire to my high beams, but after testing and seeing how bright it was I decided to keep it on its own switch. More then enough light for my occasional off road adventures. Would need to make sure there were no other cars on the road if I flipped these on while on the street.

Everything works very good :), I'm very happy with this 25" led light bar.

My first LED light bar and this is very nice. Installed on 2003 Xterra, quality are pretty solid didn't feel cheap. Get a 4 stars because missing couple brackets and I had to ordered couple more from Amazon. It's pretty easy to installed, but still took me a very long time since I never install this kind of stuff in my life. One tip to those beginner want to DIY buy a wiring harness for this light it will definitely make your life that much easier and harness is pretty cheap as well. Or buy yourself a relay, switch box/button, wire with built in fuse and both power and ground wires long enough to get into inside your vehicle from your battery terminal. The hardest part of the installation is to find a good place to mount your light bar and the actually mounting of the light bar itself. Once that is done everything else is pretty simple. Very bright I love it.

Made a push bar for my truck and decided to put an LED light bar on it. I bought this one because of the size, 25", and reviews. It feels very well constructed. I read the reviews, good and bad, and decided to put a silicon barrier on areas that looked like it could become a problem. Took the end caps off, they had good rubber, put silicone them. Then back filled the exterior where the fins are. The length of the light, I put blue painters tape on the lens, and then siliconed the gap underneath where the screws are. You'll see what I mean if you buy it. Time will tell on the weather proofing and the quality of the light, but for now it looks and works awesome.

we installed this light on the front of our F350 because we travel to the mountains in southern Utah and need to watch for deer that often graze along the side of the road. Sadly they tend to dash out right in front of you when they get startled so its best to find them before its too late. The light helps brighten up a very dark road in order to spot the deer before it is too late! LOVE the product and would definitely buy it again.

Would be five stars if the first one I got wasn't DOA. Made a horrible sound and only some of the LEDs would light up. Wires also got extremely hot. That being said I did gamble and order a second and that one seems to be working fine.

I love it just what i needed for my car cleans great and the additional pieces are nice to get in those hard to reach places.

It works well enough to clear out the leaves and various bits of twigs, pebbles, and dirt that my floor accumulates. It also sucked up the Cheerios and any other bits of snacks that ended up on my floor from the kids. While going to a car wash and using the commercial vacuum would be better, I don't have to worry about sucking something up and losing it forever. The extension hose works fine, I didn't try the other pieces. And it reached just fine to vacuum out the back of my Escape. I like that this plugs into the car so I don't have to be near an outlet. I didn't try to hold up my cell phone with the suction like in the picture, but I'm highly doubtful that it would be able to. It's just not that powerful.

Love how lightweight it is. When it was delivered, I thought they forgot to pack my vacuum because the box was so light! I have to turn my car on for this to power up so that’s an inconvenience but not the end of the world. The cord to this is very long and reaches all the way to the trunk and then some. The suction is good for the size of this vacuum but I wouldn’t say it’s high power suction. The small brush works very well as the car carpet makes it harder to pick up small pieces of dust and dirt. Overall, super glad I got this! The box does say it comes with 2 filters but that’s a misprint, it only comes with one. I reached out to the company about this.

We love this little vacuum. It is small but mighty! We recently went to the beach and this did a great job of picking up all the sand that was tracked into my van. It has also performed well with leaves and mulch. The cord is long enough to reach all the way to the back of my van and the canister is easy to empty. Everything fits neatly in the bag. Every vehicle should have one of these.

This worked well and met my expectations! The cord was long enough to plug in and reach out of the car into the trunk. It adequately cleaned crumbs from seats and cup holders and dirt from floor mats. It’s not super powerful so I had to go over spots a couple times but it got the job done. The included attachments are perfect for cleaning every area in the car. It’s lightweight and stores easily in its carrying case. I don’t have kids in the car so the dirt and crumbs are a little more limited but this was a perfect little vacuum for me.

Works great. Came with everything. Has really good suction. Tested it out as soon as I opened it and now my car is completely clean. I think it will be perfect for on the go moms (like myself). Vacuumed all of the crumbs under the car seat and in the car seat without having to unhook it and take it out. Also love the purple color!

This is a great little vacuum. I was surprised at the power of the vacuum. It’s perfect and convenient to use for my SUV. The only problem is the crevice tool isn’t long enough to go between the center console and the seat. It was well packaged and came earlier than the delivery date. I would definitely recommend this.

Product is beautiful! Comes in a very nice sturdy carry case with several attachments. Great for everyday touch-ups but not for deep cleaning. Wish it had a little more suction. Good for the price

The vacuum itself works wonderfully. All the tool attachments are great and for well. Does exactly what I need it to do. Comes in a nice zipped carrying case. Suction is awesome! Only problem and reason for my 4 out of 5 stars is I only received 1 filter instead of 2, even though the box contents states it comes with 2 filters.

This is probably the best car vacuum I have ever used, it was easy to use and the suction was better than any I have ever used.

I have a 2001 Ford F-150 5.4L v8 XLT. I noticed my fuel mileage had dropped off a bit and I could feel the motor missing. Instead of possible being ripped off by some questionable "shade tree" mechanic, I decided to order this product. It arrived 2 days later with fantastic packaging.

I hooked up the AUTOPHIX code reader and it told me it was an ignition problem on the first page along with the code. The next page told me specifically it was the #8 coil that was bad. I went to O'Reilly's Auto Parts store and bought 8 new plugs, and 1 new coil plug. The entire fix cost me less than $150 by doing it myself. I would highly recommend this product, you cant go wrong.

If you're not sure whether you need an ODB2 reader, skip to the next paragraph. If you've decided you need an ODB2 code reader, I will tell you that this one works very well. Most are very simple devices, and this one is no exception. What stands out with this one is that the display is color and is very easy to read (even with my 50+ year old eyes). The included instructions are very useful and actually written in comprehensible English. It is a BASIC code reader - its not going to check things like ABS sensors and airbag sensors, but it will read the engine management functions included in the ODB2 spec. It also features a very nice battery system check that graphs the battery voltage during start-up. This can be very helpful in determining the health of your battery & alternator (seeing how far the voltage drops during start-up and then seeing the charging voltage afterwards). The unit can also be used to clear codes, which can get you home in an emergency if you get stranded by a bad sensor, or if you complete a repair and address the cause of a code.

Do you need an ODB2 code reader?

You don't really need an ODB2 code reader until your you see some sort of MIL (Malfunction Indicator Light) such as "check engine". If you're getting a check engine light, then this scanner can help you decode the issue, potentially saving you a LOT of money and frustration. IF you already know how to fix cars. If you don't then this is nothing more than an interesting gadget.

Here's why:
Modern engine systems use a myriad of sensors to measure everything from battery voltage, air temperature, coolant temperature, engine RPM, atmospheric density, exhaust gas, fuel to air ratio, and other inputs in order to continuously adjust fuel/air mixtures, ignition timing, and other system functions. The end goal is to optimize performance while minimizing exhaust emissions.

All of this is done using one or more "computers" (often referred to as ECMs or Electronic Control Modules). If there are ever anomalies in the inputs that the ECM receives, it will store a fault code. If enough of these fault codes accumulate (or if certain ones occur at all) the ECM will throw the "Check Engine" light. Some cars will then also go into "limp home" mode, which dramatically reduces performance in order to just get you home without blowing anything up (metaphorically speaking).

Now your options are:

1. Start guessing about what might be wrong and start swapping parts randomly based on stuff you read on the Internet (Well, I got error PO172, and it says that is often caused by the O2 sensor, so I'll put a new one in!) . This can get very expensive while providing no assurance that the actual problem will be solved.

2. Take it to a professional (which might be your only option if you're not mechanically savvy).

3. Use a code scanner like this to find out WHY the Check Engine Light has come on, then use diagnostics to effect a repair of the root cause of the problem.

If you are like me and have experience with working on cars from pre-computer days, but have shied away from working on modern cars, an ODB2 scanner can get you back in the game! It decodes the source of the problem, but it won't tell you how to fix it.

For example, you might get a code PO172 which tells you that the exhaust gas contains too much fuel. Unless you're familiar with auto repair, there isn't going to be much you can do with this information. But if you have some old school experience like me, you can use this information in conjunction with either physical evidence or additional codes to actually determine and then fix the solution (like a leaking fuel injector or bad O2 sensor). Using additional tools like volt meters and physical inspection you can determine the exact cause.

Since labor is increasingly the most expensive part of car repair (my local shop charges $145 an hour!) and diagnostic work is very labor intensive, you can potentially save a LOT of money doing this sort of thing yourself.

I'm sure many of us have been on the road driving to some nonchalant destination and the unthinkable happens... The check engine light turns on! Ohh no! Is my engine on fire? Are my spark plugs okay? What could it be?

After the initial shock and stress from not knowing what's wrong with your car and the subsequent appointment made in haste to have some automotive technician tell us that it was just some "misfire on cylinder 3," I'm sure we wish there was a way to skip the shop for the initial diagnosis. Luckily, I now have the AUTOPHIX to give me pease of mind whether or not I need to cut my trip short and head to the nearest shop. The construction of this code reader is nice and hefty and the menus and settings are easy to use. I highly recommend watching a youtube video to understand how to use this tool before you start plugging and unplugging stuff in your car.

Not much to dislike about this. DTC's (diagnostic trouble codes), CAN (control area network messages) which are vehicle manufacturer specific so it contains several versions. PWM's (pulse width modulation a waveform where wavelength and amplitude are used to represent diagnostic or other communication messages). The device supports these and more. I've been a control test engineer who's worked with CAN in both the trucking and automotive industry and so I can vouch for this device. It can read most, and even reset some messages that just need to be cleared. ODBII stands for onboard diagnostics, it was combined with a universal connector for all automotive vehicles, where the older OBD1 need a different plug and cable for each automotive manufacturer. Likely you won't need that unless your vehicle is more than 30 years old. Amazing how long vehicles have been using computers now pretty much since the late 70's. Anyway this seems easy to use, inexpensive, and better than many auto part stores use to help you get the needed parts. It won't replace a good SUN machine or the expensive diagnostic devices mechanics use, but it will guide you for many things you don't need to take the car to the shop for as well as take the mysteries out of how severer a dianostic warning is for your own safety. It will store in the glove box, so if you get something on a trip, you can pull over to a rest area, check it and determine if you can continue or need to head to a shop or call a tow truck. Really nice Recommended.

Review by my far more automotively inclined nephew: This orange and black OBD-II reader is not exactly what I would call pretty, nor does it feel hefty. Looks, as they say, are deceiving though. I bought a Craftsman reader about 12 years ago and it had the most basic functionality and has worked well for me for the same price. This device however, has shown me how far they've come with the technology and it has completely blown me away with what it can do. Not only does it read and reset check engine lights, but it can show you if the check engine light has been reset recently, a nice thing to find out when you're shopping for cars. It can also run specific tests for your O2 sensors, calculates catalyst life and can do real time monitoring of up to three sensors at a time. You can change the units of measurement in the settings. I understand you can hook this up to a laptop and record the real time monitoring so you can do a drive test without watching a screen to see what your car is doing, though I haven't tried that yet.

Anyone who owns a car should own and learn to use a OBD2 Scanner. It’s an invaluable tool for determining the cause of any error code that your vehicle may throw your way. $69 is a small price to pay for the peace of mind in knowing what’s wrong with your car before you take it in to the shop. It’s also nice to be able to clear a code if there’s nothing wrong with your car. For example, if you accidentally leave your fuel cap open you can get a code that may not go away even after the fuel door is closed. With this tool you can make the annoying code go away without visiting your repair shop. It’s also a nice tool for monitoring your battery life. Using this tool you can easily see if your battery is still holding a charge.

The AUTOPHIX Code Reader is very rugged and the cord is just long enough to not be obtrusive. It’s a good value and an invaluable tool.

Compact well designed hand held unit that reads the onboard computer ( just like the dealer does) when the check engine light goes on. It can tell you the status of your vehicle (inspection ready) and diagnose problems. Does what any dealer or mechanic does first, checking all the on board electronic warnings. My husband is absolutely thrilled with this as am I. Simple to use.

Even if you never want to do repairs yourself, this helps you determine what the issue is. I’ve spent a lifetime being fleeced by mechanics. This is a tool that puts one in my column. Excellent tool for a car savvy do it yourselves too. Must have for any shade tree mechanic.

I got this code reader with a neighbor/friend with a Suburu Forester in mind, so that he could begin to understand better how to interpret and act on error codes. We are going to set a time to run the diagnostic tool as rank beginners and report back. A second neighbor, who used to run an auto repair shop in New Hampshire, will also help to evaluate this tool. I have high hopes given its affordability and good directions that even us neophytes will understand how to use this, not just the repair shop owner! Hopefully this can be a resource for all of us in our Baltimore neighbhorhood.

I just got this this weekend and used it as soon as I opened the package. I work in an office and am not a mechanic so I like that I can just hook up my car in seconds and it tells me the code for why my Service Engine Soon light is coming on (which happens more and more frequently as my 1999 Suburban ages). The small booklet that comes with it has all the codes and what they mean. I found out that it's just an emissions thing that can wait for the truck's next oil change. This saved me time, money and anxiety all for under $25.00. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I had a cheap $15 OBD2 scanner that worked well. But it was quite limited in features. Basic led screen, light as air and cheaply made. This guy is awesome. So many extra features plus the ability to update via the internet. Love the lcd screen too. This is worth the extra bucks if you own used cars like I do. My daughter, her boyfriend and I all own used cars. This has come in handy on all three. It couldn't be easier to use.

Nice roomy compartments and seems to be well made. Unlike many others, this one had cardboard inserts for the bottoms so that the compartments stay open when in use, but can be lifted up for folding flat. I did a lot of searching before settling on this organizer and I am pleased with my choice. Good price versus others, good size versus others, and well made.

This is the perfect organizer, and the velcro divider makes it even more useful. I can store a can of fix-a-flat and a spare quart of oil without it bouncing all over the trunk. The side pockets are VERY handy for those small items; I even put a pair of slip on shoes in the net pockets (for those days when I'm sick of wearing high heels). I wouldn't want to use it to carry groceries into the house; it doesn't seem quite THAT durable, however, that's why I keep a giant IKEA bag tucked into one of the side pockets as well ('cuz I'm only making ONE trip upstairs into my 2nd floor apartment).

I only have it open halfway (using those clips to flatten the extra space), and it is more than enough to organize the junk in my trunk lol. Would definitley buy again.

One day I was cleaning my car and saw my trunk very messy, I started looking for an organizer and I saw many of them, I decided to go with this one cause of the price, look and reviews and I gotta say that I'm not disappointed...Great build quality, the size was just perfect for my car.. in my case I feel very very pleased with this product you definitely can't go wrong with it if you have a small car or big.... Very happy with it...

OK. I had a Honda Pilot I just traded for a Subaru Outback. The 'stuff' basket in the rear - with trailer hitch, gloves, blanket, emerg. pochos, wife's picnic items carrier, tie-downs, bungees, etc. etc. - was a folding blue plastic case carrier. I decided a new car deserved something more 'soft-sided' and, well, new. I looked on Amazon at many carriers (Subaru's included!) that were termed 'trunk organizers' and I decided the size (of the old foldable) blue box was about right, but prices ranged from the mid $teens to $30s and $40s! This was one of the cheaper ones. Came quickly (considering the Holidays) and it was as advertised. Not real soft-sided (plastic sides under the vinyl) but substantial enough. Price was right. I figure it will last quite a while - the 'blue box' lasted probably 20+ years! - and I would recommend this item. Not extremely substantial, not very heavy duty, but just what I wanted and at a good price.

I'm so tired of the stuff rolling around the huge back trunk of my mini van! The worse is having all the fruit from the grocery store rolling around getting banged up. I love that this is divided up into smaller compartments. I can fit the majority of my families weekly groceries into it and carry them into the house in one carry! This also works great for my Costco purchases that don't get boxed. The side pockets and a great extra touch. If I was going to add anything to this it would be a big over the shoulder strap.

Description

Expunge the chaos of your messy trunk with this adjustable organizer. Compact and durable, not only does it have large compartments, but it also includes side pockets to hold those small items that get lost in the mix. Even though it's designed for the trunk of your car, feel free to get creative and use it in your home. It will help organize any space such as garages, closets, offices and more.

I have purchased two of these, they are very good quality and really help keep my trunk organized. I love the exterior pockets for smaller items like gloves, small water bottle, etc. They are fairly rigid and there is a removable divider that is great. I use the smaller section for folding umbrella and a small pouch that I carry 'emergency' supplies. They don't have velcro on the bottom, but stay in place very well in my carpeted trunks. Also, no velcro on the bottom means that I can pull it closer to me when I need to get something out, and push it back out of the way when I need more trunk space. Love these.

Bought this for my wife to use in her trunk for storage. MUCH BETTER than I thought it would be. She absolutely loves this foldable bin. It is very sturdy & holds a whole lot of groceries, her main use for it. She loves the quality & sturdiness that lets her pack it with groceries and then, using the 2 side handles, cart it all into the house at once.

Frankly, I thought she'd like it for storing odds and ends, but it has become her "go to" shopping cart, so to speak. Had it for a couple of months and it's holding up very well under constant and heavy use.

I use this in the back seat floor of my truck to organize my dog training equipment. One section holds several Nalgene water bottles and two dog bowls. Another has her leashes, collars, dog booties and first aid kit. I always carry spare collars and leashes in case I lose one, or I need to leash up a lost dog. The third bin is for tugs, soft frisbees, balls, and treats. Plenty of room for more equipment. Then there are plenty of side pockets for extra small items. It's heavy with the weight of the water bottles, but I don't need to lift in and out of my truck so it has worked great for me as it stays in my vehicle. If I needed to move it out of my truck, I would remove the water and then it would be more than sturdy to carry all of the other items.

This organizer was better quality than I expected it to be. It is very sturdy, stands up on its own, has sturdy base, and outside mesh pockets. If you want, it collapses and shuts close with two clips on each end. Definetely recommend!

Small and compact when closed, it opens to a roomy compartmentalized carrier. We've used twice; once at a farmers' market where everything comes in a separate little bag. PERFECT for this. Other was at a grocery store where we put our freezer items in a cooler we carry and many other items we just put in the Trunk Cargo Organizer and it all stayed put for the 30 minute drive home. We bought TWO. Great items and great price.
