I'm obsessed with grow bags, or fabric plant pots - whatever you want to call them. I've purchased a fairly ridiculous amount of them over the past year. After trying several brands (all of them were great, I don't have anything bad to say about any of them really) I'd have to say this is my favorite brand. The quality is great and the price is too good to pass on. I've purchased multiple sizes, and multiple packs of several sizes. The fabric is plenty thick and I like that the handles don't stand up and get in the way. Some pots have taller handles that stand up higher than the top edge of the bag. They're great for carrying the bag but also tend to fall in on the plant. It's really a matter of personal preference.
Keep in mind, the "gallon" measurement of plant pots isn't an actual gallon. I've seen many reviewers on different bags complain about this issue. I used to try to understand it but gave up, figured it's not worth trying to understand especially since there doesn't seem to be a "standard" on dimensions (for example, I have 50 3-gallon plastic nursery pots and there are at least 10 different sizes in the mix). Measuring solids (soil for example) in gallons is subjective anyway so don't let yourself get hung up on that word. If you filled one gallon pot with sand and one with mulch-like soil amendment, you'd fit more cubic feet of sand in the sand pot than you would soil amendment in its pot. It's not as straight forward as a gallon of liquid. A gallon of water and gallon of milk will both be the same size and same volume.
I received the pots today. It is incredible for the packaging and it looks very official and very nice design. Very heavy and durable materials . I will use them to plant my vegetables and flowers. Good price too!
These bags are well designed and extremely sturdy. I have used plastic containers in the past. The plastic containers retain the moisture and don't allow for air moment around the root mass. Because the bags allow for better air circulation, Im required to water more frequently or adjust my growing medium to retain moisture.
Delivered on time. Material is like thin felt, but not thin thin. Feels strong. Double stitching throughout. Looks like it’ll last in the wash but I’d still use the delicate cycle cuz I want it to last as long as possible. Who doesn’t? May keep one just for my cat till he gets bored of it. According to Google one 20-gallon dry will take 3.111 cubic ft so that’s more than the usual 2 cubic ft of regular bagged potting mix. I just received my package of 7 gallon grow bags. As a gardening lover in southern California, I have to think about the limited yard space and water saving issues, this grow bag is what I am looking for. It is well made and easy to move. I am thinking to grow some mint, green onions and basils on my back yard. I will update pictures when I grow my plants and see how long the bags can hold up.

I would recommend to anyone. these bags are well made and even with dirt in them and wet, handles do not break. I move my plants often to find the right spot in the sun for them, so it was important for me to find bags that were going to be durable. Don't look any further, just get these and you will not be disappointed at all. I may buy more soon (I keep finding plants I want to grow, but running out of room in the yard).
I have used several other name brand fabric pots and haven't been impressed with quality.I like these because the overall design makes them much more durable and easier to use.The fabric itself is thicker than most but still allows plenty of airflow.The handles are stitched close to the pot for better support while still making it easy to grip,but when they aren't needed they are out of the way unlike some handles that hang out too far.The bottom stitching is strong and doesn't appear to have much give.The stitching on the top of the pot was a nice idea to keep the sides sturdy and not falling in.Overall very happy and i will buy more.
Sturdy, good shape, can fold the top around if you want to add less soil. Herbs and veggies are growing nicely.
I never knew how handy it would be to have a plant pot with handles! Brilliant! So lightweight yet super sturdy, I'd definitely get these again. The fabric is like really thick felt, I was skeptical, but it's really amazing so far several months into planting. Perfect!
I was very surprised, given the price, at the quality of these bags. I bought the 10/3 gallon bags and 2 of the 5/5 gallon bags.
As soon as I opened the bags they are in, I knew these were a good purchase. The bags didn't have a fragrance at all! I really expected them to have those noxious fumes that seem to come from most things now days.
Excellent quality and you can wash them for next year and I believe they will last at least through next season.
