Bought to help regulate hormones and lower cortisol levels. After increasing working out to 6days a week 2hours aday my hormones went into shock I guess. Didnt have a period for the past to months read that ashwagandha help lowers cortisol which is responsible for no period. Increased cortisol keeps the body in its fight or flight mode which is great when working out but the body doesnt know the difference between good stress(working out) or bad stress( real danger) so you stay in that stressed mode longer than needed. I started taking these after a workout and it definitely brings you back down. Like all the way. Which is why I take the second pill before bed, it relaxes you into sleep mode. Worked in less than two weeks of taking one pill twice a day. Would definitely recommend for females missing periods due to intense workouts. More than likely your cortisol levels are through the roof. Would definitely recommend. Already ordered more to have on hand.
Overall, great price for this product! I had tried others which had more side effects than benefits. This one is easy to use, reasonably price, and I have felt some positive changes after using it.
I'm taking this capsules for a short time, but I already feel the difference. I was having serious problems with anxiety and now I feel better.
I have so much energy after taking these. I take one in the morning and another over in the afternoon so ill be prepared for whatever the kids have going after school. I love them.
