This is my second purchase through Lifetime Jewelry. I've been well more than satisfied with both purchases, and would highly recommend buying through this supplier. Really glad I went with the 2mm, 24 inch chain because necklaces generally run 2 inches smaller on me, and this one just so happened to fit percent. Very pleased.
I worked out for 25 years and rewarded myself with a gold chain with a hand holding a dumbbell pendent. It lasted for quite awhile and then the chain began to disintegrate, to the point it was unbearable to wear. After ten operations in the last 24 months, I am back in the gym and wanted to wear my pendant. I was a little skeptical of this chain because of the price, but, i gave it a shot. This chain looks great, is sturdy, and I honestly believe this chain will hold up well. When I go to the gym, I go to work out and I really work out! Sweat and poorly made chains do not go well together. Your neck breaks out in a rash, burns like fire and, eventually, the chain turns green. I haven't had this chain long enough to experience any problems with it, but I do put it to the test. I haven't taken it off since I bought and I even sleep in it and the clasp stays at the back of my neck instead of twisting around and getting caught up in the pendant. All in all, I'm impressed. The only problem I have had is there is no place on their website to register your warranty that I can find. Other than that, I still think the chain was a bargain. If anything changes, I'll let you know.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received this chain to see how beautiful it is , much prettier then photo. Its is shiny and sparkly, I use a charm holder for some of my favorite charms and I have broken 2 other very expensive chains so I tried this hoping it would be stronger. It has a substantial weight and obviously stronger than the real gold that I had previously purchased.. The price was great and you cannot tell the difference between this and the 14k gold one. Im hoping it stands up to the test of time. I LOVE it and im sure I will be purchasing other items as well.

I bought this for mom for Mothers Day and she loves it. I looked around for awhile wanting to buy a solid gold chain but those prices while worth it just weren't in my budget. Isn't this necklace just so dang sexy? Yes it is. I bought this for my husband for Valentines....he loved it and it looks extremely sexy on him. I bought the 24 inch size cause he doesn't like a necklace too close to his throat or one that gangs too low,so this was perfect. I bought it 5 days before Valentine's and it arrived 2 days before Valentine's. It came in a gold colored gift box and the gift box was in a medium sized envelope with bubble wrap inside. It's not solid gold,but it does have a lifetime gaurantee. It came with a slip of paper explaining where to go to fill out your info for the lifetime gaurantee,so make sure you do that in case something happens to the necklace. Lifetime gaurantee is a really good gaurantee for anything.
This necklace is truly beautiful. And it seems sturdy. And the 14K gold pendant I always wear looks lovely on it. But most unfortunately, it commits that most heinous chain crime -- it pulls out my hair at the back of my neck. I bought this to replace "THE ICE EMPIRE JEWELRY, LCC

But alas, I've put this one away and gone and repurchased the other one AGAIN, because though the "gold" faded on it, it never pulled out my hair.
Update, three weeks later: Subsequent to the above review, the seller contacted me and offered to exchange the chain. The new one looked identical to the first (as in very beautiful), but this one DID NOT pull out my hair. So I guess it depends on the individual chain, but I am now happy with both the chain and the excellent service I received.
I ordered some 14K solid gold chains on eBay and the price was too good to believe! Well you DO get what you pay for! The 2mm ones on Ebay weigh 1.8 grams for a 24" necklace. Felt like it wold break if it got caught on something. I have a 14K solid gold chain that is 2mm and 19" that weighs 5.6 grams. I originally bought this chain for myself. It arrived on time and looked gorgeous. Really great quality and the color looks great with an admirable shine. BUT silly me, I don't know my chain size. I was about to return it And buy a bigger size but my girlfriend wanted to see it first. SHE. FLIPPED. She was so excited about how it looked that she took it. Yep. Took it. It speaks volumes because she rarely gets excited over jewelry. Any who this chain is perfect. It's not overbearing and it's not too minimal. Go for it but make sure you know your size.
