Bought three of these and all came in individual boxes packed in bubble wrap to make sure they arrived undamaged and unblemished. Functionally they all work like a charm. Keeps the cans/bottles cool significantly longer than when exposed directly to the environment. You can tell immediately how well they insulate as you can't feel any ambient temperature change on the outside of the Coozie even after the drink has been in it for several minutes.
Several reviewers have noted the top does not screw on and feel it is a defect in the product. I checked all three of the Coozies without anything in them and they all screw on just fine (if not, they would be defective and should be exchanged). One thing to note is that the top fits tightly around the bottle/can to help seal the interior to promote insulation. I found that when using a slightly over-sized bottle (Sierra Nevada beer bottles are on the short and fat side as an example) that you need to firmly press the top down LEVELLY until it almost makes contact with the top of the Coozie past the threads before screwing it on, which takes less than a full turn.
You'll also notice the plastic material on the top is thinner where it meets the bottle/can to allow for it to slide down over it in order to engage the threads on the Coozie. This thin plastic rim will be stiff when new and also when chilled so it may take a bit of pressure to get it to slide over the top and get it seated. My experience is this is best done before opening the bottle/can which will allow you to tip the Coozie to help see and get the top level and seated before screwing it on. Once you've done it a couple of times it becomes relatively easy to do.
I would assume if you do have a defect the folks at Homitt will send a replacement based upon the one year warranty on the product which is one of the reasons I went with this brand over others on Amazon.
I was please with the quality and packaging. I got them for my beer drinking brothers. I plan to order two more for my other brothers, I have six in my family. The screw on cap is easy to use and love the top portion of the cap being made of flexible rubber to accommodate different soda cans. Soda cans fit snug on this koozie--not loose. I found that the soda stays cold for about 4 hours in a typical office. The brushed aluminum style is nice, slim, but understated. Perfect for the office.
Very impressive... as good as any of the larger name brands.. I would buy it again....
I am impressed with my beverages staying cold to the bottom, so I bought 3 to give my friends. the only drawback is the weight will make you THINK that you still have more to drink, but you tip it and its empty then you have to get another.

It was worth the money and keeps the beverage cold to the drop.
I bought this for my uncle who drinks a lot of pop. His grip is not doing so well and now is able to drink his pop without crushing the can. We put a strip of velcro (soft side) on the lid and around the bottom for grip. He is also not wasting as much pop stays fresher longer.
Lid is a little difficult to tighten, but if you press it down on the can and twinst it sorks just fine. great for beer or any other can drink!
