They charge fairly good with the solar panel. The solar panel must get plenty of direct sunlight. I bought several different kinds just test them out. These are my favorites, nice and bright with a good charge they last for hours.so I bought 5 more lol. I bought them to use at our ranch. Which has no electricity. But I use them in our home mostly. On on peak times we use our solar lights throughout the house. They light everything up nicely, ( kitchen table, over the sink,hanging off the living room lamp, in the bathroom, in the bedroom.)The remote control is very handy. Try one if you like it order more.
Love this for our goat shed. I may add one or two in our kid's shed soon too. It's nice and bright. The remote doesn't work well, like others said... you need to be pretty close to use it. I just use the timer a lot so I don't need to switch it off when I walk away.
Love this item. I use it in chicken coop. It’s absolutely perfect. I have wonderful light without having to run electricity and no worries of fire. LED bulb doesn’t get hot. Absolutely love the timer so I don’t have to go back outside to turn it off. Timer has 15 minutes , 30 minuets and one hour options.
Worked great! Let it sit in the sun all day and left it on it’s lowest setting all night so we can see when needing to tend to our baby in the middle of the night and it was still on in the morning when we woke up! Only used it for two nights but so far it works great! I got the blue one with the remote and detachable solar panel that is 220 lumen... just for clarification
Love love love this bulb. I added it to my chicken run to light up a shadowy area at night. The timer function makes it easy to set and forget. I'm going to buy another one soon.
I'm wondering if I buy the one that is 2.00 less would my remote work on that one?

Just got the product so as of right now this product is great. I Use it for the chicken coop in the evenings . The light has a timer and will turn which I love .
Small closet and no light ,I put one on the door I haven't recharge it yet so easy to use . no more dark closet , sorry about extension cords.
They last longer than previous ones from different brand, brighter too, I use these for camping because I can charge them solar or in my car, good for emergencies too.
I don't have a working porch light right now, and I used this as a quick fix. It works great, and is very bright!
