I have two of these now - one for each bedroom. I'm a light sleeper, so I've tried everything to get good sleep - Casper, Brooklinen, Parachute, and a bunch of other stuff. Every brand seems to sell the same crappy product EXCEPT BUFFY!
Buffy keeps me cool when it's hot in my room, and warm when it's too cold. This is simply the best comforter I've ever owned. Hands down.
This comforter is the most comfortable, soft and light comforter I have ever experienced. My husband and I sleep like babies ever since we got it. It's made with natural eucalyptus which makes it more resistant to bacteria, mildew and mites. We dont even put a cover on it bc its so soft and its machine washable which is a huge plus bc we can clean and it without having to go to the dry cleaner.
I'm usually a person who gets hot at night and I love how this comforter keeps warm but not too hot.
Its very light weight but still just the perfect coverage for a cool or warm night.
Definitely worth the price!
I like to be on the cool side and my husband likes to be warmer while sleeping, and we've had a lot of trouble agreeing on a comforter that we both like. So glad to have found Buffy, it's perfect for both of us. I also like that it's antimicrobial so I have peace of mind that I'm not sleeping with a bunch of germs! And my husband likes that it's made from recycled material, a big bonus.
I've had my current (now previous) down comforter for over 10 years. Very soft and comfortable. However at night when my girlfriend sleeps over, I get super hot and don't want the blanket at all; while my girlfriend loves being curled up in the blanket. I heard about Buffy and figured I'd give it a shot and it's been a game changer! The fabric is much lighter than the down comforter and the fabric on the outside is almost silky. It was the perfect temp through the night. The fabric kept me cool enough while also keeping my girlfriend comfortable!
I actually liked the feel of the fabric itself, and the all white look. It reminds me of the fluffy comforters at hotels that you want to steal. Only downside is I'll likely put a duvet cover on it to prevent it from getting really dirty, and won't get to feel the soft material. Maybe Buffy should create a duvet cover?
Also definitely a huge plus that it's eco friendly!!! Definitely recommend!
My favorite feeling is gliding my legs across a nice cool comforter and it doesn't get any better than this. I ordered a king even though I had a queen and there's just so much comforter. It's like I'm drowning in clouds and I don't even mind. Do not resuscitate, my time has come, I'm right where I belong 🤤. I've never used an eye mask before but the one it comes with was the real cherry on top; you know I slept through my 3 alarms the next morning.
I did end up ordering a cover for it and I will have to say, maybe it's the cover I bought, but it kind of counteracts the coolness of the comforter. I've got a little dog that likes to sleep up on my bed and I'm trying to make this buffy last as long as I can, so sacrifices will have to be made.
The comforter comes very well compressed in a box. It'll fluff up when you unfold it and give it a little use. I should caution you against tearing the plastic bag open with your bare hands (tough task, by the way) because it left some type of potent desiccant residue on my hands. Best to just cut it open.

I never want to get out of bed! It’s not too hot or too cool is perfect for us. The only thing I wish is that it had more stitching throughout, I have a King size therefore is quite large, the stuffing sometimes gets clumped in areas. The good thing is that is only a good tuck & the clumpiness spreads out. That’s the reason I don’t give it a lower star, the comfort & quality is far more superior!!!
I was originally drawn to this product due to the eco-friendly material use - but after getting it, its just as good if not better than any regular comforter. Super warm, lightweight but snuggly, and super soft material. Also sits nicely weighted into my bed cover, unlike others that I've had that get bunched up. Highly recommend.
We've been enjoying our Buffy for the last few days and so far loving it! At first I was thrown off by the coolness and smoothness of the material but I think it's meant to be like that.
Unfortunately we'll probably be getting a cover because I can't bear the thought of going months without washing my blanket and I also have a dog that loves to burrow under blankets at night and stomp all over them in the morning. The drawbacks to the cover are that I read it removes the supposed cooling effect the blanket has, but historically I've never had an issue with overheating under my blankets. I'll just miss the smooth feeling of the original blanket.
Other than the material feeling, I really like the weight of the comforter. It's overall light but not so light that I feel like a strong kick would send the entire thing flying. Also I feel like it's fluffy but not so fluffy that I'm being smothered by my blanket. Overall, love our Buffy so far! I just wish the company didn't choose such a weird size (90x94 inches) when making their product when the standard Queen cover is 90x90.
For a "light, fluffy comforter, it is very 'weighty'. I personally did not care for the comfortable at all....also has an odd odor when taken out of the bag. Just over-all not impressed...
