Pretty great product. Note for Apple users that regularly use HomeKit App, we have lightbulbs and a strip going. We keep the lightbulbs in our favorite list and keep the strip out of the favorites list, it causes a weird glitch with this strip, to where it disconnects all the time and you have to remove the accessory and add it back into your “home”. Other than that works just fine! Just don’t add to your favorites list in your HomeKit ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

 The settings are simple, all can be set in the APP according to your preferences! The operation is also very simple, it is easy to get started, and the lighting color is also very good. There are also many different ways to flash, which can be set according to your preferences. Now I am thinking about where to put it.

Works as advertised, super responsive. I recommend immediately doing the firmware update and THEN adding them to your HomeKit setup so that you don't have to re-add. The LEDs aren't as nuanced as the Hue or Sylvania options, but for basic purposes they really are a great value.

 The LS1 strips is a great value, compared to other alternatives that cost twice as much. Great value without compromising in quality. With the Vocolinc app called "LinkWise", I was able to get these LED strips setup and updated to the latest firmware within 10 minutes of opening the box. Speaking of box, everything in the box is neatly organized and is something look for in all the products I buy, the outside of the box is also appealing. I have these led strips setup with both Homekit and Google Assistant and it works flawlessly with both. I haven't had any issues with the LED strips. I don't get connection issues which I read in some of the reviews before purchasing this, which I think is a problem on the customer end and has nothing to do with the product. The dimming is very gradual and not choppy and the colors it can produce is great! This is a product that I will definitely buy again, and knowing how well these work, which have been running flawlessly for around a week now, I will be buying other product made by this company.

Edit: After reviewing the LS1 strips, I also ordered the extension strips and they work just as well. I am very happy with these and I after a couple weeks, I haven't had any problems with wifi connections or anything.

I've tried other "light strips" before but none that have performed as well as the VOCOlinc LS1 Smart LED Strip .

Pros
Flawless Apple HomeKit and Amazon Alexa integration.
Good control from Siri and Alexa regarding power on/off, intensity, scheduling.
iPhone/iPad app setup worked without issue.
Remembers color and brightness settings after power cycling (off/on).
Can be cut along predetermined, clearly marked spots.
Uses a 3M backing for the adhesive.
Excellent packaging.

Cons
The only negative I've run across is the strip itself tends to be a little on the "thick" side. This can make it difficult to create 90 degree turns as they describe in their YouTube video.

Other than that one small issue this is a first rate product.

Product packaging was high quality.
Product was packed well and quick start quite was clear.
I was able to part with network easily using HomeKit label scan. The strip is contains in a plastics “sleeve” and the 3M stick holds well.
Light is bright and colors are great.

One issue; light has turned on randomly to white/50% brightness. I’ve removed from any HomeKit automation to troubleshoot. But still occurring. Will continute to reasearch and update.

Wow! Very pleasantly surprised with the quality and ease of setup. Colors are vibrant. Seems to work very reliably with Homekit. Product packaging and instructions are both top notch. I hope the product performs like this going forward.

This is a nice, less expensive alternative to the higher priced HomeKit compatible LED strip lights. The system worked out of the box and integrates well with the Apple Home app. Very pleased with this purchase

Very beautiful, very simple operation, I use the home GOOGLE assistant to control it, and even control the color, of course, the function on the mobile phone software is more ~
