As advertised. Works great! I have FIVE bulging discs in my neck and, after researching how to use traction online, I use it laying down as it needs less traction, for 1 minute on and then 20 seconds released, repeat. It works better than the expensive one at the chiro office! I had either an adjustment or the bulging disc fixed itself as I heard and felt it happen. It was so SORE for 2 days but then was able to start healing after WEEKS of no relief, even after 3 chiros, 9 massages, and 2 acupuncture appointments! I did have a cervical plexus injection (natural products) which also greatly helped with the inflammation. This product is also great for supporting the neck while driving, which is killer with neck bulges. I can see traveling with it as a pillow too on airplanes, etc. I am a normal sized female and it just fits. If I were any smaller it would not be that great of a fit.

I recently herniated c6-c7 in my neck and was in excruciating pain. I did physical therapy, worked on my posture, slept with my pillows under my shoulders instead of under my head, etc., to try to remedy the problem. All of those things have really helped, but I think this device was a game changer! I’ve been experiencing numbness in my hands when I lie down here lately, and I’ve had neck and shoulder tightness and discomfort for years and years. I went to the Chiropractor on Friday, and it turns out I have some compression in my spinal cord in the neck/shoulder region. This in turn has now resulted in some nerve impingement.
I ordered this contraption from Amazon, and it arrived yesterday. I used it twice last night and am currently sitting here in it. The numbness has already gone away when I lie down, and my neck and shoulders haven’t felt this good in years.
If you’re experiencing similar I can’t recommend this thing enough. I wish I’d known about it years ago!
This device was recommended to me by a physical therapist--not as a "cure" but as a help for my cervical radiculopathy (pinched nerve.)
I have only had the device a few days yet, and I've used it four times. So far, so good! It gives my neck a great stretch that I could only get with the Plow yoga position (too painful) or with help. I have had some minor muscle pain following use, because those neck muscles have been so tight. That "stretching" pain is FAR less than the pinched nerve pain.
I can't tell yet if it will give long-term relief to my core propblem, but it does help with some of the related pain.
The device is EASY to use. The fabric is velvety soft.
The product arrived in a timely manner and works perfectly to relieve pressure on my herniated disc. I was experiencing symptoms of radiculopathy and the relief that this traction device provided was pretty quick. I'm not saying this is a "cure" (that's impossible with a herniated disc) but definitely provides temporary relief.
Worth 10x the price! Feels way better than when I have someone pull up on my neck. Super easy to inflate and it deflates slowly enough, so it doesn’t slam my neck back into my spine, like the way it feels when a person releases their hold too quickly. I have spinal stenosis - cervical and lumbar, both with fusion and cervical radiculopathy and both, rheumatoid and osteo arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis, with fusion and scoliosis with severe distortion and degenerative disc disease with three bulging lumbar discs and sacroiliitis. I bought the decompression back brace at the same time as this, but it does not separate or decompress anything. It just squeezes. I’ll order a different one for my low back, but in the meantime, this actually provides traction-like decompression to the mid and upper back, just by decompressing my neck. A very welcome extra benefit. I don’t understand why docs don’t prescribe or at least recommend these. 7 docs in 4 years, 5 biologics plus a twice daily pain med. All these auto immune disorders are still aggressive-progressive, and so is the pain. But wearing this IMMEDIATELY relieves the sharp, burning pain, from holding my neck still too long, while working and the constant stiff squeezing discomfort, that is my neck. Relief lasts about two hours if working, (at a desk, looking at a PC all day) but it lasts the whole evening, when I use it after work.
It came on the Sunday after I ordered it, even though I didn’t pay for shipping. Very impressive.
I only hope I can find something to decompress my lower spine/pelvic area, this well.
