We can pick up channels from New Bern to Norfolk...about 70 miles in each direction. Ordered the advertised 150 mile unit doubting it would receive signals from that far away but better to try for longer distances since we are in a TV station desert. I needed to buy a longer coax...the supplied coax was about 15 feet too short. Everything works very well. The remote was erratic and stopped working on the second day, but the seller provided a new one in only a couple of days. Can pickup Virginia and NC PBS stations. On DirecTV you can get only one...and that doesn't include the four subordinate stations like PBS Explorer, which my wife enjoys watching.
Fast shipping and good packaging. Instructions were good enough. After assembly and installation I did get lots more channels from about 75miles away. The remote quit working as I was testing it (lasted maybe two minutes).
I got this on a lighting deal for $44 and wasn't expecting much. I live in a valley in a rural area of southern Illinois and just set the thing on my porch in a chair to see if it would work. At first it didn't, but then i learned that i had to have my tv search for HD signals. Once it did i had 16 HD channels, (i was getting zero before) i can't wait to see what i get once its up another 20ft in the air. Its very easy to set up, seems like the direction book is missing a page on how to mount it. But you can figure it out pretty easy. This device allowed me to cancel the $12 a month charge the satellite company was charging me for my local channels and it gave me a few i was already paying for allowing me to change my whole package. It saves me 27$ a month now in tv bills and it cost $44....pays for itself after two months. I wish i had bought one sooner!!
When my local cable company increased my rates once again I had to do something. When I asked about the increase they could give any reason , not to mention my service did not change in any way. I decided to buy this antenna and see if I would miss cable. Needless to say the one big change I encountered was the extra money in my bank account. I spend more time with my family and I am happy I made the purchase. I get the three major networks and I can not tell the difference in the quality of the picture.
We decided to stop using cable TV and do combination of streaming and the free channels using an HD antenna- After some research, I decided to try this product since it has the mounting kit included and the price was reasonable. assembly was simple, however there were no instructions for the roof mounting kit included-but it wasn’t a challenge to mount it . I set it up, ran the supplied Cable to where the spectrum cable connected and goes into my living room. Plugged it into my 65”tv and ran the auto channel search and found all of the 27 available channels in my area and to my surprise all but two came in crystal clear. the HD comes in Better than I was getting with spectrum. I’ve had it up for almost a week and it works great - been through some high winds and some nasty New England weather already -I’ll update if needed

I 135miles south of Tampa Florida and on some days can pick up about 10 Tampa channels and out antnna is not alowed to be outside due to restriction so I put it screwed it on top of a cabinet when it can be rotated and next to the outside as we live in a mobile home park, so you have to consider it is only going through hardboard made from paper, plastic siding and styrophom in the wall maybe a wooded stud depeding on how it is pointed, In all on good day 40 normal 28 ch.
-Assembly is easy, although the plastic feels extremely cheap. I worry about longevity of it but for $40 bucks its great.
-Didn't fit the original DISH! pole so I had to use a mixture of the Dish Pole and the pole that it comes with.
-Cable run is well over 100ft and I have no issue with signals and the run to the TVs are pretty long as well. Pleasantly surprised at how well it works.
-I can pick up stations more than 80 miles away without adjusting the antenna to point in any direction. While the antenna isn't above the tree line, it is installed on the peak of the house.
-Very good bang for your buck!
Works great. Got more channels than my basic cable package. I’m 80 miles from the nearest tv antenna and it picks up crystal clear.
I previously bought another antenna that claimed it can pickup 150mile range, completely false claims and had no choice but to rerun it. This antenna picks up channels that I didn’t even know where in the area. High key recommend it. The 360 turning is a little bit of a gimmick. Once you have it setup and pointed in the correct direction, you probably never need to move it again:
This seems to pull in the stations better than expected. It also gets the antenna out of the house. The control mechanism which stays in the house, does what it is supposed to.
Overall, noncompliants so far.
