I got this knife because a buddy of mine recommended it. It was at a price point that made me say "eh, why not?" Knife came in and I was floored. Supreme quality, amazing sharpness. I have Shuns that I paid A TON more for that aren't any better. In fact if this knife keeps it's edge and doesn't chip, it will surpass all those knives!
Very good chefs knife for the price, incredibly sharp, well built and quite aesthetically pleasing. Makes clean and effortless cuts to several day old tomatoes. Even comes with sheath, odor removal soap and ebook instructions.
I like the balance and weight of the knife and the cutting angle makes for low effort use. I have only used for a short time however am satisfied especially considering the price/value.
A little messy with wood chips inside the box; however it was not indicative of the product itself. Top quality for a good price.
This is one of the sharpest most durable knives I've ever purchased. I used it to cut a bottom round roast into thin slices to make jerky on my smoker and it performed better than my electric knife did, it went through the roast like butter. The super thin durable blade made it easy to slice.
