** So Mipow sent me another unit recently, and it works much better. It looks like an open box item, but the charger now functions correctly, and charges my apple watch all the way to 100%. I've upgraded the rating to reflect the usefulness this charger is while traveling. It cuts down on the cords I have to carry, and give me extra juice for my iPhone while traveling. It's a must have item when traveling for business for me.

The battery pack seems to be well made, but it will not power your devices to full unless you check up on it every 15-20min or so and push the power button on the side. It seems like a poor design to only charge your iPhone or Apple Watch for a few minutes then turn off without charging the devices all the way. At best, it seems to charge only for 20min before shutting down. I will need to return this charger and look for a different solution.
This thing is really awesome. Small enough for my purse. Magnetic hold charging for my watch and an integrated lightning charger for my phone. Plus a nice color. First one I received was not working right, I emailed the company and within 2 days they sent a replacement which works great! Great customer service and great product. Worth the price!
Having an Apple Watch addiction to closing my rings I needed something to recharge my watch overnight in snow camping in 10-17°F weather for a couple days. A charger I could keep near me in my sleeping bag. I loved this charger because when I use the Velcro band on my watch it wraps around the charger snuggly. I was worried about the cold weather so I kept the charger in the little bag it comes with inside my pocket close to body instead of loose in my backpack. It charged my watch and iPhone twice on my trip which is what I needed it for, so I’m happy. Haven’t tried it on a weeklong trip yet. Will update when I do.
I had this charger for five months and it worked very well and is great for travelling overseas but then all of a sudden the charger would not charge. I contacted customer service and then after a long time they did provide a new one and this seems to be updated and works great. It’s important to have good customer service as when a product doesn’t work you can count on them taking care of it .
I recently got an Apple Watch for my birthday and already had an iPhone. I love that this charger is able to charge them both at the same time at night! I don't write reviews but because of MiPow's customer service, I really have to leave a note. I was looking for a power bank that could charge both my Apple Watch and iPhone. The first charger I got was not working properly only charging the watch but not the phone. I contacted Andy from customer service and he quickly replied and sent a replacement. The Mipow charger is pretty cool looking and very easy to use. I gave it one less star because the builtin lighting cable is a bit short and weird to use. This is more of a design flaw than anything else. It looks nice but works poorly. Can't fully charge iPhone Xs Max even once. Can't charge Apple Watch at all. It starts to charge it but stops after short period of time. So don't waste your money. Product description doesn't reflect real performance.
I only had my charger a couple of days and couldn't figure out why it was scratched all around the edges, around the circumference. (I have another charging cable the connects directly to the outlet which I prefer to use.) So, I just left the cable that came with the purchase inside the carrying bag. Never did I expect that every time I would use the charger, pulling it out and putting back in the carrying bag , that the metal of the usb was scratching up a storm. :(.
First off, I travel a lot and my tech gets abused. Also, I hate clutter so this charger was perfect for my iPhone and Apple watch - one less cord plus I can charge either device with one batter unit.
Solid build, great construction and fully charges my watch. I have other mipow chargers - that's why I went ahead and bought this one even though the price is a bit high but I knew it will be worth it.
My original one got damaged (dropped it hard) and I didn't realize the side button fell off - I sent a message to customer service and they sent me a replacement very fast and no hassle.

I have been using the new unit for a week now. The capacity of the charger is powerful enough to allow with one full charge to recharge the phone and watch at the same time (twice) and leaves some extra juice. I am fully satisfied with the product.
It is perfect for travel, the design is very functional, compact, not too heavy and comes with a nice leather sack. I highly recommend it.
Update:
I have contacted the vendor and got replacement. It happened that my was defective. New one I got works as advertised. Fully charge my Apple Watch 4 and iPhone Xs Max. Now I'm happy with the product. So don't hesitate to contact with vendor if your charger doesn't work as advertised.
