The taste of these is better than some other hemp products I have tried. From what I calculated, each gummy is about 33mg. I started off with taking only about 1/3 a1/2 of a gummy at a time. I did feel sleepy at first but this disapated with continued use. An important note with purchasing hemp for ingestion: make sure it is organic and made in the USA. These work pretty good for my anxiety. Overall this was a good purchase.
A little bitter but I can get over that for the de-stressing and pain relief.
