My wife (4'9" 95lbs) works out every evening, doing all sorts of exercises and the treadmill. She contorts, jumps, runs, stretches and balances for about 90 minutes. She likes sports bras because she's coming up on 30 and has a 10yo offspring. She says this gives her the support and stability she needs for all of this stuff.
