I bought these as a present to myself and I absolutely love them! They are very similar to my Sigma brushes that I own but much more inexpensive (I included some pictures of the comparisons). I used these for almost a month straight and they worked perfectly. I did some traveling and I didn't want to worry about ruining my expensive ones, so I just brought these. They were surprising good and even now I reach for them over my Sigma brushes. I have washed them a couple of times now and they are still amazing. They are really soft and they don't irritate my eyes. I can't believe how well these worked, I am going to buy another set very soon. If you are thinking about these I would do it! For the price, you can't go wrong.
I have a large collection of brushes, both high end and midrange. I do all my brush cleaning at once on the weekend, and I prefer to always use a clean brush, so I use a several of them each day. Because I go through so many, I cannot afford an entire collection of high end brushes, so I supplement cheaper brushes where I can. I've tried lots of cheaper brands in hopes of finding a good one, but sadly they mostly get donated to my young daughter's play makeup kit. I'm pleased to say I've finally found a set that meets my standards. The brushes are soft, but firm, clean nicely and perform great at laying the product down and blending. The photo I attached shows all the brushes I use throughout the week to apply shadow to the lid. One of the Lamora brushes made it to this crucial rotation along side my mac, sephora, and urban decay brushes. You can see in the photo it's very comparable to the others and this is the condition after several washes. If you're hesitant and need brushes, just buy them. You will be hard pressed to find a difference between these and a set that will set you back at 10x the cost. Time will tell if they hold up like the others, but at this price point I'd be happy to buy a new set if they don't. This is a great quality set at a very affordable price. When I first opened my package I was soooooo disappointed. I thought they were going to be cheap brushes. The packaging looks like something they would have at the dollar store. Don't be fooled! The packaging may not be the best in the world but the brushed are great! The blending brush, the detailed pencil and the angled detailed brush are my favorite. They are sturdy and the handles are matte black which I love. Overall this is a great set especially for the price, you can't beat it. I read another user say they had a chemical smell but mine didn't smell like anything. I also checked to see if here was any shedding and there was none. I also like that each brush is labeled what it's used for... Great starter set. I gave this a 4 star strictly because of the packaging, which may sound weird....but packaging makes a difference! Received these brushes super quick, within a week of ordering them!
I love how these brushes pack on colors and gives precise definition especially for asian eyes like mine. The angled shader is good for the crease and creates more depth as compared to my real techniques brush.
The detailed pencil brush creates MORE detail than my Sigma E70. This is easier to apply without mess and gives a precise outline where I want it.

I'm only just getting into the more advanced techniques with my makeup routine, but I would have to say that these brushes are fantastic.
It looks like Lamora has actually listened to their customer reviews because I noticed a marked increase of quality when I compared the brush set I received to some brush sets from earlier posts. The quality of the brushes is top-notch (speaking from both a makeup user AND an art major's experience), and the synthetic fibers are luxuriously soft. I've washed these brushes almost weekly since I've gotten them, and haven't lost any bristles yet. If anything, there are way more bristles than I've seen in some higher-end brands like MAC and ItCosmetics, to the point where the classic shader brush is actually a bit stiff from all the bristles. That actually works for me, because I need more structure when applying from lid to brow, and there's plenty of flexibility where I need it in the blender brush. Honestly, I bought this set just for the blender brush itself, and it was completely worth it. If you're a beginner/intermediate level makeup artist looking for a quality blender brush, GET THIS SET. You can easily spend more than the price of this set on one blender brush at Sephora OR you can get seven quality brushes for way less.
The packaging has also seen a remodel, and the brushes now come in a sturdy cardboard tube that you can easily repurpose (I use mine as a travel case).
One warning, for buyers, though. Previous reviewers have commented on the smell, and they weren't kidding. It's pretty potent when you open up the bag. However, Lamora includes a helpful little instruction insert to help you understand and get rid of the smell, and after only one wash with Daiso makeup cleaner and baby shampoo, my brushes smelled just fine.
Solid brushes! I'll start by saying that I have never owned or used "luxury" brushes, so I can't really compare. I have used Mary Kay, Elf, and Real Techniques. They're much softer than Mary Kay, better quality than Elf, and on par with Real Techniques -- which I use religiously. I like them. I was debating for a long time whether or not I should cave in and get a set of eye brushes because I didn't really wear eye shadow, but now that I have them, I have been wearing it more. :)) I think this is a great "starter kit" for a great price!
I was excited for this eye brush set by Lamora Beauty, because I needed to replace some of my old brushes. I was very happy to see that they were of such high quality. The brushes are all labeled with a description of how they are used to apply eye makeup. My set included: Angled Shader, Small Shader, Angeled Detailer, Detailed Pencil, Angeled Shader (larger version of small), Classic Shader, and Precise Shader. I really like that it arrived in a container that I can store the brushes in, instead of just a plastic wrap like other brushes I have ordered. I love the brushes and plan to buy the Kabuki brush set next. Having the proper tools has cut my application time by at least ten minutes. Once I get the hang of what brush does what my time should be cut considerably more. Suggestion: as with most cosmetics / tools, the users are given little if no information on the "how-to's" of the product. We have to learn by trial and error or YouTube, which should not be the case. A pamphlet, with some quick tips, inside the box would be a Godsend re: which brush is for what use. I joined the website, and checked YouTube no one really knows how to use the brushes and I think this would cut down trial and error time. Also would increase repeat customers. The reason most women think cosmetic products don't work is in all probability because we don't know how to use them. So a little help from the cosmetic companies would go a long way.
