I ordered this protein powder for my brother to test. The number one thing that my brother was looking for in his protein supplement is that it has to contain HIGH-QUALITY protein. Yep, there are actually different kinds of protein and not all protein are the same. So, what made me decide to buy this one particular protein powder is that they advertise their protein to be from whole eggs. Eggs are very rich in protein, and we are talking about high quality, complete protein which is exactly what fitness enthusiast and even just those who are looking to maintain their body needs. My sugar levels don't shoot up when I drink this protein shake compared to what I've been taking before. I can feel that this is a better fit for me as my sweat is not as smelly. It is properly consumed by my body as I my muscle sores are gone sooner after my workout.

I didn’t expect the taste of this protein powder but it is just like frozen vanilla custard. Add frozen blueberry for morning shake, it is bright my day !! If you like custard, this is the product you will like.
This is the new way of building up your muscles. Its vanilla flavor really hooks you on drinking this but take note that even though it has flavor, it has very minimal carbs and sugar. It really does take care of your body. Muscle gain and weight loss would be my perfect description for this protein powder.
I liked that it was fast to dissolve and great chocolate taste. The only thing I did not like is the aftertaste it leaves. It tastes like eggs, which is an ingredient but it is very pronounced in the formula.
I have only recently entered into Keto diet, and honestly, I was having a difficult time adjusting. This protein powder helped me in the few days that I used it, and I plan to keep using this for the weeks and months to come.
