I had an older sharpener that did a good job but it was about worn out. It did a good job but this one is much better the different grits helps. Have some knives that were gifts that just are a mess and it made short work of getting a better edge on the.
So far we're digging this very versatile sharpener. Used it for the first time, and it sure ground some shavings off our knives and scissors we haven't sharpened in awhile! Easy to use and seems to be doing the job well!

How to use
slot 1 for scissors: Open the scissors and insert it in the slot, meanwhile hold the sharpener steady with the other hand.Push gently and repeat for 5 to 7 strokes. Sharpening is generated when the scissor is pushed to the rolls.
