I am about to graduate and currently job hunting. I have a big folder but that was too much just to cary resumes and some important documents. This is what I needed. Comes with 5 pockets and light as air. You can modularize your documents and no need to search into your folder when you are standing in front of the recruiter. I personally like it. comes with label stickers which are quite useful btw.
Update: The seller's customer service contacted me right after I issued a return label. S/he solved the issue out. I am very satisfied their speedy service. Except for the missing folders issue, these folder's quality is great and very elegant look.

Love these! Keeps my documents tidy, organized and out of eyes. I use them for each of my classes when I bring papers home to grade.
I needed small indexed folders that closed to carry interview documents. These are cute, and make a good impression, I like them a lot.
Good price for what it is, it’s not the best quality neither the worst.

This is the perfect size for what I needed - not too bulky. Tabs are easily visible so you know exactly what is in each section. I'm interested to see how they hold up. So far, highly recommend.
