So I recently did a comparison test between the Upperfit earphones, these Soundpeats Truefree Plus, and the Enacfire E19. The Upperfit earbuds fit the best with it's curve, but the SP and E19 still fit comfortably in my ear. Although they stuck out a bit, it still had a low profile and the ear tips were just the right size to give me a secure ear closure. As far as connectivity, I didn’t have any issues pairing the earbuds or signs of latency when listening to music, however i did get audio lag when watching videos with the SoundPeats, UF and E19 were just fine this was my only issue. As far as calls, the SP were decent. When listening to others there was a faint robotic sound when they spoke, and the other person could hear a fair bit of background noise. The battery on SP earphones lasted quite a while, about 3-4 hours, but the case lasted forever. Between the SP and the E19 they both had great sound quality. Very clear highs, mids, and lows and the bass was good. Overall everything was great including the price point but the only small issue for me was the video latency because I watch a lot of videos for school, and the audio lag bothered me a little. 4/5 Stars

Buying this for $37 was probably one of the best decisions I have ever made, from an online shopping point of view. I needed a set of earphones that is small and light that I could use them whenever I go study in the library or go to the gym, and since my old wired earphones stopped working, I decided that I would try ordering a set of Bluetooth earbuds, because my friend says that once you go wireless, you'll never turn back. I didn't believe my friend at first, but these earbuds truly exceeded my every expectation. I can move around without music stopping, and I can even walk to the other side of my very large apartment and close the door, without having the signal even breaking! The sound quality is also amazing, so amazing that it even outrivals $160 headsets that I have bought in the past. Those $160 sets leaked sounds, were uncomfortable to wear, or got damaged very easily. The price for these earbuds compared to what else is out there is simply amazing. I would even buy them if they were priced at $120 each pair, because that is how much they are worth!

Packaging:
First, the packaging came with a sleek looking box with a charger inside, which you could use to charge each of the earbuds. This automatic charging port is an immediate plus, because I am a forgetful person. I never remember to charge my devices, and when I need to use them, they are already out of battery. This sleek box ensures that: 1) you never lose those earbuds and 2) whenever you want to listen to music, they will always be charged. It also has a lid! The packaging looked very professional and very sleek, and the earbuds look and feel very comfortable. At first I was confused as to which earbud goes into which ear, but they clearly labeled each earbud so that you won’t get them mixed up.

Comfort and Fit:
Once I figured out how to place them, both of them fit firmly and comfortable inside my ears. I wore them to the gym, and while I was doing cardio and body-resistant work out, they still remained firmly intact inside my ear. Even while jumping up and down or planking sideways the earbuds still stayed in my ears!! My normal old headphones would fall out the minute I began to sweat. In the past, I just settled for not listening to music while working out, but now that I have these, I can wear them to literally every workout and choose differently music to pace my workouts.

Sound quality:
I tested these earbuds on various different songs that I like to listen to, particularly with pop and classical songs. With pop songs, everything is to a crisp detail. From the base to the background music to the EDM lead, all of the sounds are crystal clear that I can even distinguish sounds that I have never paid attention to before. Additionally, the background music of the songs also become much clearer than normal headphones, and I can clearly hear the background accompaniment. In Lana Del Rey's “Born to Die”, the background was crystal clear when I started listening to it, but what surprised me was when I reached the chorus. When using my normal earphones, the violin and cello background accompaniment would have been drowned out by the chorus. However, in these earbuds, I could clearly hear every layer of the music. The beautiful harmony of all the parts of "Born to Die" all mixed together perfectly was something that completely blew me away. I had no idea that song had so many distinct parts all working together, and some parts were even unknown to me before these earbuds!! I had to replay that song with the volume all the way up. The base and the drums become very very enjoyable when you turn the volume up!!
When testing with classical music, I can hear all of the parts very clearly. For instance, in Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto in D, I can hear the solo violin to a crisp detail, and the background is also amazingly clear. I used to use a software to emulate all of these sounds, to enhance the sound quality of my old earphones, but these earbuds do all of this automatically, and I have no idea how!

Style and Look:
They fit very snugly inside my ears, and I’m not going to lie: they look amazing. My friends were quite impressed with them when I showed them too. The company designed the earbuds so that they fit very well inside your ears, and it also looks very sleek when you wear them. They fit very nicely in the ears, and looks very nice in the mirror as well.

Verdict:
These earbuds offer way more than what the price would suggest. I have never been more impressed with the value of the item versus the price of the product on Amazon. I would definitely be showing my friends and family this set of earbuds and perhaps buy a few sets to give them as presents!!

Impressive for the price. I have the SoundCore Liberty Lites and Zolo Liberty ear buds. I'm not an audio buff, though I can appreciate quality, but when it comes to wireless it is more about convenience, portability and in the case of these type of ear buds it is the charging case that is a selling point.

These have a particular feature I was seeking : the use of either left or right earbud by itself. Without the need to have a "main" earbud out of the case or only being able to use the right one only.

I can now listen with either earbud, not carrying or using two sets (one charging while the other in use). Also, very simple to go from mono to stereo, no fuss or issues.

I use these with an ipad mini 4 and a Galaxy S8+ as well as the Galaxy watch.

So far no interference. Haven't really wanted to use them for calls as I'd rather just use the phone directly but when using the microphone I definitely had to speak up for them to pick up the audio. So in a crowded or noisy area these are not going to cut it.

Wish they came in additional colors. Preferred the bigger case with lid, but still am able to slip them in any pocket and aren't going to take up a lot of space.

I can't stress enough that you must try the different earbud tips to get a proper seal so you get better sound and some bass.

If you just love music and just want to be able to listen without wires and know what you want out of these type of devices, these will do very well and you are saving money over the ones that cost closer to a Benjamin.

As an FYI I mostly listen to streaming via Spotify and select the ultra high quality download and stream. Just did a workout and listen to a variety of music, currently listening to "the girl from Ipanema" and I gotta say I'm not disappointed. Couldn't even really hear anything past the music. Did rigorous calisthenics and weight lifting and the earbuds even though they don't have sleeves they stayed put. Also very easy to skip song double tap on the right for forward or backwards on the left. Volume at around 80% was plenty. Definitely keepers.

I don't normally write reviews, but after searching for a pair of true wireless buds under $100 for weeks and running up against fake reviews and what seemed like junk products I want others to know. These are the real deal. For a little over $30 these are amazing. I pulled them out of the package and opened the case. The case is very satisfying, it has a magnet in the lid so it closes and stays closed with a "snap". The buds were easy to take out of the case, no fiddling with them. The buds were charged out the box so I opened my phone, paired them in under a minute and they both worked flawlessly. The buds fit snug in the ears, I haven't run with them yet but I bounced around the house and they aren't going anywhere. The rubber ear pads aren't the most comfortable, but are easily replaced with the foam kind available on Amazon. The sound was way better than I expected, good range with the base coming through nicely. There was no noticeable lag while listening to music or while watching a video on YouTube. I am very happy with the purchase

I just ran through the first full charge on these earbuds. They sound better than the price point may lead one to believe. Bass is quite full compared to other wireless buds I've used with mids not very accurate and fairly decent highs.
At this price point ($30-35) you really cannot have very high expectations.
The multifunction buttons built into both earbuds do not feel very intuitive and take some force to actuate. I did not enjoy pausing, resuming or changing volume as every push resulted in pushing them deeper into my ear canal, which is not that much fun.

The case is not particularly large and would fit in any pocket. The magnets inside the case will definitely keep the buds secure to their charging locations. There is no external case indication of charge status of the ear buds. You have to open the case and look at the LEDs on the buds themselves in order to find out whether they are done charging, or not. The two external LEDs on the case are solely to indicate case charging status. If you look very closely and focus on the lid of the case you will find out that it's partially transparent and the ear bud LEDs may be visible through the case lid, but not in all conditions. If you are outside in bright light you're unlikely to be able to see through the case lid, but inside and in dim lighting they should be visible without opening the lid. Case lid can be operated single handed if needed.

I made a 1 hour long phone call with no mic quality complaints. I also spent another 3.5 hours playing music at volume between 35 and 50% for a total charge lasting 4.5 hours.

There are a total of 4 sizes tips included in the box to cater to different sized ear canals. I highly suggest experimenting with the different sized tips to get the best fit before you start judging noise cancellation, volume or how securely they fit into your ears.

Additionally when placing these buds into your ears, you should use a twisty motion for best fitment and also grasp the bud on its sides and avoid pushing the multi-function button.

Only 1 microphone hole is visible on each bud, but both buds have a separate microphone allowing them to each be paired and used separately for phone calls or if you want to listen to music/podcasts/video with one bud only in mono mode. That requires a separate pairing setup compared to stereo pairing with a device.

I will make it a point to use this set only going forward over the next few weeks in order to fully evaluate them and update the review with more insight and real world usage statistics, but so far so good. Definitely a good buy in this price range and they seem to deliver a lot of value at a very reasonable price point that is affordable to the masses.

Description

bluetooth headphones

I can’t say I was really looking for a pair of wireless earbuds. I’d seen what other vendors have to offer and thought that they were more a fashion accessory than hardware that provides a quality user experience. And with a price that makes me cringe, I figured I’d sit this particular gadget out.

Man… I was wrong!

When I found out that SoundPeats had an offering in this space and at this price, I thought I’d give it a try. I have found my other SoundPeats headphones to be unbeatable in value, battery life, performance and sound reproduction. So, at this price, how could I lose?

I haven’t been disappointed! Now, a brief caveat – I am NOT an audiophile. My earliest experience with music and sound reproduction was with AM radio and, for those of you too young to remember, THAT was not Hi-Fi at all… And frankly, I can’t say my tastes have grown with the years. So I’m not going to tell you the highs are the highest you’re going to hear or the lows make a whale sound his song in response, but I will tell you that I love listening to music with them on and the podcasts I listen to are flawless on these.

I wear them to the gym and have no fear of losing them – they fit perfectly and comfortably in my ear and don’t stick out like some of the white ones you see people wearing. In fact, they are nearly invisible. And, amazingly, the battery life is as advertised. I’m used to discounting at least 15% from the advertised battery life and these lasted a solid 3.5 hours at max volume.

They come in a solid feeling charger case that includes a 3000 mAh battery – when they do run low, you have a good ten minutes of warning and then you just throw them back in the case for a quick charge and you’re back in business. When I opened the packaging (also, a SUPER high quality looking package), I noticed the heft and build quality of the case instantly. In fact, everything about these earbuds makes me think of a product that costs much more.

It’s nice to be able to touch one or the other and make the music advance or rewind, answer calls with a tap of my ear, skip songs the same way. I’m not groping for a wire hanging around my neck, I’m just tapping the left or right ear bud, depending on what I’m trying to do. Takes a little getting used to, but if I can master it, I’m sure just about anyone else can do so far faster than I did.

Good quality? Yes!

Good value! Absolutely!

Am I happy with these? Darn Right!

Would I buy again? Doubtlessly!

I love these new headphones! I was looking at the new Samsung wireless headphones, but I’m glad I didn’t get them, they are much more expensive, and I’m not sure I would notice the difference, other than the length of battery. These are getting about 3.5-4 hours before having to go back into the self charging case. I saw there was a version of the case that had 50 hours charge time, but I like the size of this case better, and 35 hours is plenty for me. You will not regret this purchase. Calls sound excellent on them as well, people can’t even tell I’m not using my phone like normal.

I wasn't too sure about these at first. I got them and I was really surprised. Pairing was super easy. I've made phone calls with first the right, then the left, then paired them both. The sound with just one in is clear but it isn't as loud when you have both of them in. I'm guessing just going from mono to stereo. But the sound was clear on either for me. I played some music and was expecting to be kind of tinny. Nope. Great bass and sound quality. And that was the same on single or both. Again they were louder when I had both in. I used them to work out in and they we're perfect. Didn't have a problem with them staying in. I haven't tried doing any kind of cardio with them in yet though. But just normal walking around they were fine. My biggest upset with these were it's hard to tell which is left or right. The easiest way for me to tell is when I'm looking at them, make sure to have the charging port facing me and that will be the right side for left and right. Other than that I haven't found anything that I have had any issues with. My biggest concern was them staying in but so far they have stayed in perfectly!

These earbuds sound pretty decent for something this cheap! They obviously don't sound as good as my wired cans and IEMs, but for the price and convenience of Bluetooth, these are pretty awesome. There's definitely some noticeable latency when watching videos or playing games, but its not too terrible. I have to say, the upgraded case is definitely worth the extra money. Its designed very nicely, and the hinge and magnet feel pretty robust. If you have some money laying around and don't want to splurge on more expensive models, these are definitely a great deal!

Got these earbuds for working out and they've been fantastic in that regard. They don't fall out when running, (although I do have small ears so your mileage may vary) they're lightweight, the playback controls are easy to use, and the battery life lasted for over an hour of almost nonstop usage.

They have excellent sound quality rivaling my DT770 Pro's, with clear audio all across the board, they handle all kinds of bass well, from upright to guitar to hardcore hip-hop without being overpowering, vocals are clear, highs aren't too sharp, mids aren't drowned out and the soundstage is impressively large. Some things to consider, however: there is an almost unnoticeable static when audio is playing, there is a slight but noticeable amount of latency on videos, and they do have a considerable amount of noise cancellation, even when nothing's playing.

I never planned on using these for all around listening or working out outdoors, so my only real complaint is that they suffer from the same issue i've had with other bluetooth earbuds as I always listen to music at low volumes: the volume is incredibly loud without adjusting the EQ and applying Sound Check on iOS, to the point that it caused some ear fatigue within about 30 seconds on certain songs, so watching videos, (which aren't affected by those things) is basically out of the question for me. Overall, I would recommend these to anyone who, like myself, is reluctant to make the increasingly imperative move to bluetooth headphones and doesn't want to break the bank doing so.
