The bed came pretty much assembled. We just had to put the six legs on and connect the base to the power source. It has two built in programmed positions 1. tv position where the headside is lifted higher than the feet and 2. Zero G position where footside is lifted higher than headside. The position is totally customizable which is crucial for me because I don’t allays want the foot side to be lifted as well. Not loud and clunky at all.
I have had this almost a week now, and it makes me hate myself that I didn't get this earlier. I had one of those douchey $1400 mattresses, but this adjustable unit and a $300 Classic Brands foam mattress beats that hands down. Also, this fit perfectly in my full-sized, bookshelf headboard bed frame. I got a 10.5 inch foam mattress, but an 8 inch probably would have been fine. I am going to put one of these at my vacation house when I get there next.
And my cats love it. One is afraid when it moves, but perches on the high point as soon as it stops, and the other thinks it is a ride.
The motor is very quiet and smooth. The remote is backlit. This doesn't have a massage function, but I didn't want one so I cannot consider it a problem.
Just as an FYI - The USB ports are both 1A and 2A USBs, with the 2A being the one closest to the foot of the bed on the left side, and the the 2A being the one closest to the head on the right side. Not enough to charge a MacBook Air or Pro, but enough to charge iPhones and iPad Pros.
The bed is nice. Easy to put together no tools required. Just screw in the size of legs you want and plug in. Has a holder for remote and 4 USB in middle of Bed 2 on each side and lights up. Super quiet. Also comes with motion section lights under bed. I rated this a 3 for two reasons listed below.
The cons.
The remote doesn't always give a signal to the bed and or not at all. I thought it was batteries so I bought new ones and it wasn't that. So I removed my headboard and frame thinking it was probably to tight. Wasn't that either. The remote when it works does fine. At times it has a delay of two minutes 😂 I pressed tv mode and it wasn't working so left it alone then later the bed started moving into tv mode aha.
UPDATE NOV 28 bed has stopped working and all I’m getting from customer service is back and forth emails. The bed no longer responds to remote. Not even the little it did before. I should of returned it day one but customer service was prompt to respond and although they are very responsive it’s just a lot of back and forth with nothing really being fixed.
I've been searching for an adjustable bed frame, and didn't want to spend a lot of money to try one out. I'm really happy I found this one. Once out of the box, it took maybe 5-10 minutes to set up. Overall it's a great value, has a nice modern look, and I'm sleeping well. Would highly recommend.
I received the bed on time and in tact. Assembly was very easy but you will need at least one more person to help you remove the bed and to flip it over. Everything need to assemble the bed were tucked neatly inside. I used the adjustable bed with my queen size platform bed and it fit perfectly inside without issue. I have a 14" gel memory foam mattress which gives me the height I want and it fits the adjustable bed perfectly. The instructions are very simple and includes diagrams to make sure you can see where piece goes.
Once the legs and fasteners are securely in place, you then install the lights and then you're ready to flip the bed over on its legs. Once you've flipped the bed you re going to plug the power source in and make sure you have batteries in the remote and you're ready to go.
There are instructions in the manual that will walk you through reprogramming the remote if needed. But, I had no issues using the remote since it was already synced with the bed. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and I've already recommended it to friends and family.
Definitely something that will help with my back issues.

I have back problems, so sleeping has always been difficult at best but usually ending up and spending half the night in my LazyBoy recliner. Then I came upon this. After some research I chose the Hofish queen sized adjustable bed hoping that I'd be done with sleeping in my easy chair. I also ordered a spring / foam mattress to go with it from another source.
First, the bed is HEAVY, so try to have someone to help you carry it around especially if you have to get it up to the second floor. It is extremely easy to assemble, so don't worry too much about that part. The height can be set to one of three heights when you assemble it. The mattress is a different story. I have no idea how a 14" thick mattress will bend to follow the Hofish's adjustments so I started with an 8" spring / foam mattress which really didn't work at all as it was too stiff to bend to follow the bed. After a couple of nights discovering this, I ordered (and got delivered the next day! Yay Amazon!), a 6" foam one from Zinus.
This mattress follows the bed much better than the first one allows me to use the 'Zero G' setting which is why I ordered an adjustable bed in the first place. Still not completely happy though, I'm looking for a mattress that bends like it but is a lot softer and not as firm. The 6" only compresses about half that and then turns rather firm.
If I was going to suggest something to Hofish it would be to have some mattresses pre-selected that can follow the bed and are either firm, medium or soft. That would have saved me a lot of time and money.
In short, I love the bed and am looking forward to bed time a lot more than before. Thanks Hofish!

I've only had it for a few days, but so far I like it. I've never had an adjustable bed before so I can only compare it to a regular bed that's been propped up for GERD abatement. Way better. Easier to get into and out of, easier to arrange the covers, just easier. It's quiet. The remote is fairly self-explanatory. It was easy to assemble.
I left off a star because the shipping box was trashed in transit. It was difficult to move without tearing it more. I attribute this to a poor choice in packing tape. They used clear tape that failed in transit. Something reinforced would probably have done a better job. Perhaps even some nylon straps. It is quite heavy and should have been boxed accordingly.
This is a great foundation and an equally great company. I found a manufacturing flaw with my new bed and contacted the seller. No questions asked they sent me a replacement part including all tools and hardware I might need. The repair took all of 5 minutes and everything works great. I also got follow up e-mail to assure that all was well and that I was happy. The customer service was more than a pleasant experience. You won't go wrong here.

I purchased the "HOFISH" adjustable bed in queen size. It seems well constructed and had pretty nice finishes. My box was a bit beat up upon delivery, but it did not affect the frame at all! The instructions are a bit vague so I went online to see if I could find more detailed instructions, but the website listed takes you to a lingerie site??? No worries though, it's very easy to figure out. I like having the lighted USB ports, but some may be bothered by the glow of the blue lighting. It dosn't bother me. I find it makes it A LOT easier than trying to feel around for them in the dark. The backlit remote is a must and it has a very simple basic layout. Some adjustable bed remotes just look so complicated. The remote has the synching feature and allows you to replace the "zero gravity" setting with your own personalized setting. FYI... buy 3 AAA batteries if you want to test your bed out right away. There weren't any batteries included in my shippment. There are two small draw backs to this bed. One, the fabric with the tiny dots that's supposed to keep your mattress from sliding around really don't work at all. This was one feature that sold me on the bed.😣
Another was the little pouch that's supposed to hold the remote in a convenient spot, dosn't even stay put! Overall, I still feel this is a well made frame with extra features you'd find on pricier models. The "HOFISH One-Step Assembly" adjustable bed frame is a GREAT BUY FOR YOUR MONEY!
I purchased the bed from this supplier for two reasons:
1. This bed is constructed using a german made motor (which I understand is the best and has the best warranty)
2. Because it was already constructed and apart from opening the bed up, installing the mid-section support and legs it was ready to use.
I have used the bed for several months and have been very pleased. The motor is extremely quiet and makes no noise when lifting and lowering either the foot or the head of the bed. It was very easy to put together. Approximately five minutes. It took more time to get it out of the box.
It has two separate leg pieces so you have several options to the bed height.
I could have gotten a cheaper bed but I knew from experience (I have another bed with the german motor) that this was worth the extra money given the quality of the product and ease of setup.
