These work well both for making cookies and granola and as a liner for roasting potatoes or anything else. They are easy to clean and fit perfectly on top of a sheet pan. Much better than using foil or parchment.
These sheets are amazing. I tried making my potatoes with a sheet and the results were perfect.. no sticking at all (no matter what my potatoes seemed to stick beforehand)! Will definitely be using these sheets for everything we can going forward.

Best silicone mats I have ever used. We do a lot of baking in our household and have put these through a lot of work already. We do not wash them in the dishwasher as the heat might be a little too much. We hand wash and dry them. I haven't seen any tearing in any of them. They are still in perfect condition. I would buy again as a wedding gift when I can.
I do a lot of baking, but I got tired of having to wash my pans off in between batches of cookies to get all the stuck on bits off before the next batch would go on them. I had heard great things about silicon baking mats, so I wanted to give it a try. These are amazing! I use only one cookie sheet now, and just switch out baking mats full of cookies. I let them cool for a couple minutes and the cookies just slide right off without even using a spatula. I haven't really used them for anything outside of making cookies, but I've made dozens of batches of cookies with no complaits. And I imagine just about anything would bake perfectly on this. Highly recommended.
