I like this bag. It fits my 15” Lenovo w520 laptop perfectly, and there is additional room inside for a 9.7” ipad. The zippered front pocket has enough space for other items that I usually carry around including charger, cell phone, pens and wallet. The padding is thick enough to provide protection from bumps. The zippers and carrying handle seem well made and durable. The strap is well-padded and comfortable. In addition, when I opened the bag I was surprised that it comes with a very nice mouse pad which is soft, smooth and has not chemical smell. Taken together, this is a very good lightweight laptop bag. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.
I NEVER write reviews unless it's worthy of, but this case is beyond worthy. This case surely protects your laptop. I tested the straps (metal & strong durable), zipper is extremely smooth (open and close), it IS indeed WATERPROOF (been tested), very slim (lightweight), not bucky, even with your accessories and power cords, WARNING: I tested the drop test so YOU DON'T have to... (pass), And overall, it looks, feels good and protected (safe). Highly recommend!! And if anyone don't think so, you're literally just trying to find a problem with this product... 5/5 Stars
Size - I wanted the smallest bag that I could fit my 13" MacBook Pro in, and this one fits it perfectly. I can also fit a notebook and tablet in there too, without adding any bulk to the bag. I have countless other bags and backpacks - This is something I wanted for when I wanted to have my laptop with me but not have the bulk of a bigger bag.
Material - It feels great and well-made. No concerns around durability just feeling the whole bag.
Color - I went for the red one because I have to many black bags and I'm pleased with it. Probably a tad lighter than it looks on photos, but generally the photos do the bag justice.
Protection - It has thick velvety insides! Have never seen that in a bag, but I feel like it'll protected the laptop really well if it falls.
Overall, the bag is amazing value for what I paid. If there's one thing I would improve in the bag, it'd be to make the shoulder strap a little softer/thicker... again, I got more than I paid for with the bag as is, so this is me knit-picking.

This is possibly the most protective laptop carrying bag on Amazon. In that regard, I’m happy with my purchase. I don’t mind the main compartment being snug, though the front zippered compartment only fits the charger and mouse with absolutely no room to spare. The strap in the back is a useful feature if you travel and need to put this over the handle of your carry-on. The only regret is the color of the red one. It’s more faded than the image. I wish I had returned it for a different color before return period ended.
This bag is great: GOOD padding inside (especially along the top zippered side - the Tomtoc padding is much better than most bags' padding along the zipper), very well constructed, with good storage space.
A note about size: my laptop measures 13x9 (it is a 15" screen) and initially, I got the 14" laptop bag. It fit the laptop itself but left no room for a power cord or any folders. Once I bumped up to the 15.6" bag, the problem was solved. This bag fits power cord, mouse, and folders inside quite comfortably.
Great bag; I'd buy again.
UPDATE 6 months later: this bag seems to be of good quality - everything is in great condition with no problems at all. Still 5 stars!

I just got a new MacBook Pro and got this bag for it. It's really nice and fits the laptop perfectly while providing protection for the laptop and a little space for the cord etc. I like to carry a cooling pad with me for when I'm holding my MacBook on my lap (it's old and thinker than the laptop) and it will NOT fit in the bag along with the laptop. It's really made to just fit the laptop and a few accessories
Really love this bag. It's very soft inside and has plenty of padding that lets me feel comfortable and know that my laptop is protected.
The zipper pocket is really nice and it also has a standard pocket that's also very deep and can hold your phone, cards, or anything similarly sized. The zipper pocket could hold my laptop's charger and power brick, but it was a stretch because my laptop's accessories are very large.
My only complaint is the shoulder pad isn't very helpful if your laptop is very heavy (mine is 4-5lbs) and could maybe use more padding or a wider pad. The light grey also tends to get dirty easily and I'm not sure how to clean it, but for now it's good.
I have bought a lot of bags to hold my laptop + iPad (large one) + other stuff, over ~10 years. What I like about this one:
1. Holds 15 inch MBP + iPad (large) + a full size Rhodia 8.5 x 11 pad + other assorted papers, easily.
2. The outer two pockets are marvelous. First, here is a zippered pocket, bellowed (bellowed is key) running the full length of the bag, with various sub pockets and pen holders. I also put in my laptop charger + some cables.
3. The non zippered 'pocket' is a small place to put in an ID, key, glasses cleaning cloth.
4. There is a holder on the back to slide onto a roller suit case when traveling (also key).
I rarely write reviews, but this one is worth it! I should probably buy another before they stop making it (as that happened with a previous favorite of mine- they 'improved' it by making it less functional).
Of note, I've owned it for about 8 months, and my comment on durability is that it looks the same as when I bought it, and I am hard on bags.
I really like this laptop case so far. I was anticipating that I would switch from a 13 inch laptop to 15 soon so this transitioned perfectly. The inside is so soft. I always put a hard case on my laptops so I can't say how it holds up with just placing the computer inside with no protection, but that's just me. The strap is very comfortable and it has the perfect amount of zipper compartments. There is even enough space to put papers inside of the bag, which is great for college students if you want to place a notebook or other assignments/work documents. The only thing I would want is more colors added. I chose the gray because it was different and it's gotten a little dirty, but that was my fault for choosing such a light color knowing I'd be traveling with it often and not baby-ing it. I also love the way the handles can be tucked in. Overall I would absolutely recommend this. Has held up beautifully.
Update 2-10-2019: The seller stood behind their product and sent me a new one. The new one is in good condition. I hope its durability is much better than the first one. I'm raising my rating to 5 stars because of their quick and excellent customer service!
Very impressed with the design and appearance. I like knowing the corners are designed to protect the laptop from drops. The one thing I'm very disappointed in is that the grippy side of the padded shoulder strap has separated from the seam! I just received and started using this product for two weeks. It makes me wonder about the durability of the case. I've sent a message to the seller about the seam separation. And am waiting for a good resolution to this problem.
