Due to a car accident and severe spine, back, and neck issues I was in physical therapy for months and the tens unit there was the only thing that helped. I was in a bad car accident and most days I wouldn't get much done at home. I have a 2 year old boy and a 7 year old girl. I couldn't even pick up my son when he turned 2. It was really convenient to bring with you anywhere, I tried myself before I give it to my gramma. It more feels like physical therapy vabiration, and it gives you more options to adjust, styles and function. When I first use I put the speed too high And I can feel really strong current, just like high frequency mechanics that usd in some medical spas. You won’t feel the difference right away, needs little time to adjust the speed and pressures. DONT start with fast speed, my grandma really likes it, she always had some sour arms and neck pain, this is helped her relief a lot.
I got this at a really cheap price and I honestly bought it for the gimmick and just to check it out. Boy was my world turned around, this thing feels really great on your body. It's really too strong at higher settings but low settings it feels really good. It is electricity coursing through you so obviously you have to have both pads on your body and also obvious you will want the full conductive pad on the full portion of your body to dissipate how it concentrates on a specific area. Put it on any area of your body where you have pain. I've been playing around with it and there are some modes at certain strengths where you can get your muscles to involuntary twitch. I put this in areas like my lumbar back region and it works wonders. I feel like it's working out kinks in my joints or moving areas that haven't seen movement in a while from sitting all the time. I might buy another one next month.

How to Use Our TENS UNIT?
1. Connect the wire to the re-usable adhesive pads.Then remove the plastic sheet over the pads and place the pads onto your skin.
2. Plug the ports into the device, then turn the device on by sliding the on/off switch on the top of the unit. The unit will be activated now.
3. Press "M" to choose one of the ten massager modes. And then press the round center button to choose the different waves within that selection.
4. Press "+" or "-" to gradually increase or decrease the intensity once you select a mode.
Note: Press A/B button to change A/B channel.
5. Press "T" to choose your massage time and enjoy it! Default time is 20 minutes. Increase 10 minutes by each setting. The tens unit will automatically turn off after time finish.

I have had issues with my neck muscles for 15 years I have tried everything under the sun and NOTHING has helped relax my muscles like this product. It is definitely not a cure but it absolutely helps with the pain.

This is just what I needed! I do fine on the weekends but after sitting 80% of the day my sciatica is hurting. I use my Tens Unit and it is instant relief.
This unit works really well but the pads are not long life pads so be ready to pick up some more. But I use this TEMS unit quite a bit and am happy with it even with the need to replace pads. The sticky wears off after many uses but the replacement pads are easy enough to order.
This product works very good and helps a lot. The quality of this is also very nice and the price is very good.
