Seller contacted me and suggested the unit was defective and offered me a replacement unit. I've received it last week and it's since been working as described. I got excited at the prospect of a giant battery for an affordable price. I purchased it and charged it overnight. Tried to use it next morning. Plugged my phone in for 20 minutes. Phone % did not go up but battery % went down by 4%. Returned and got an anker instead.
Let me just say off the back, this battery is off the chart awesome! I've ordered 2 of these already, and they both perform wonderfully! The first one I ordered was a few months back and I literally couldn't believe how long the batter lasted. I understand the fact that the description did say 24,000mAh(about 5 iPhone 6 charges) but I did not expect it to fully deliver all 24,000mAh and yet it did! Of course to begin with, I wanted test out the battery life for my self so I depleted my batter and charged it purely using the battery which was at 100% which indeed it did fill out my iPhone 6 5 times and actually have a few percentage left! Moreover not only was the battery long lasting, it was super durable!!! I dropped it like 10 times and never once did it malfunction nor break... It is incredibly tough and the design was also very cool. There is no real nudges around it except for the power on button which made it super smooth and slick! Did I mention how easy to use it is? You literally click once to turn it on to began charging and twice to turn on/off the flash light(super bright!), If you wanted to turn the batter off, you just need to hold the power button until the screen turns black! it super simple. Plus the fact that it's a smart battery is just awesome. The battery automatically turns off as soon as your phone is fully charge or if it's not connected to any thing for a certain amount of time. This was super useful because I would always forget to turn it off. Any how I love this product!! Two last thing I would like to add is that the customer support is super awesome! I mail them a question about the light(what it was made of) and got a reply the next day! Super friendly and helpful. This product also have a speedy shipping, came two days before it was suppose to!! Most definitely getting another one soon to gift to my relatives!
This power bank feels it last forever. I have charged my phone countless times and am only down to 60%
This is a high capacity power bank, so it is a bit heavy, but no more than needed. It does take time to charge up, so it is best to use a higher power charger and a cable capable of carrying higher current. Mine took a reasonable time to charge up, but it has recharged three cellphones so far (Samsung S7, Samsung J7 and Samsung J3) each from less than 30%, and the power bank still shows 70%. It looks like it has a soft textured surface, but it does not. At first, that was disappointing, but now I like it better because it is easier to keep clean and that would have added unneeded weight. The included cord is not likely sufficient to carry enough current to charge up the power bank quickly, but may be OK for some smaller devices, like headphones or Bluetooth headsets. I bought a set of 4 true 3.0A cords and a higher power "smart" charger. I also bought a carrying case to keep it all together. So far, I am happy with it and I recommend it.
This power bank is so convenient to pack and carry! I have it with me at all times! I can easily charge my Android phone from 0% to 100%! LOVE this battery pack!

I have had several of these battery packs, most recently a RAV power unit. After 2 years of daily use, the android mini usb in plug broke out of the unit. I choose this unit for the dual input, as if one fails the other remains. Really like the big led power level display. Took 24 hours to charge the first time. I can charge my Samsung note 8 from 25% to full charge in about 2 hours with this pack, and it drops to 85%. So lots of power to spare! So far, very impressed.
I’m very impressed with this power bank. It cam in very handy this weekend, charging my iPad and iPhone. Big plus over older and smaller power banks I have that this puts out 2.1 amps on two sides (out of one port each side at 2.1 amps and if you use 3 or 4th port it goes down to 1 amp each per the instructions) so it quick charged my iPhone and charged my iPad as if it was plugged into a wall. Only thing that surprised me a little is that it took overnight to charge it the first time but I guess it makes sense when it’s such a large capacity.
The power bank is amazing!!!!! It definately holds a full 24kmahcharge. Has the 1.0 and 2.1 for those
wanting a quicker charge. Has 4 slots which is very helpful. The weight is perfect not heavy at all plus you get color choices which I know I liked. Also The bank itself charges very fast. Not only is it priced great but it performs great. You know I jumped the gun and wrote such a nasty review that I wasn't really proud of. These guys have went above and beyond staying in constant contact with me making sure I was satisfied and had a proper working device.

I purchase this portable charger a couple of weeks ago for the global citizen concert since I was going to be taking some pictures and doing some videos. with just 4 dots of charge I couldn’t believe it charge 2 phones throughout the whole day back to back. I also like to travel so this would come in very handy in the future! Would I recommended? Of course it might be a bit bulky but it does the job! And it turns off automatically as soon as you unplugged from the phone or when it’s charging to let you know that is 100% ready. Take it anywhere with you it might be a life saver.
