This is a well made and well insulated lunch bag. It has more than enough room for whatever you may want to carry for meals. It will absolutely keep cold foods cold or hot foods hot. It's advertised to keep foods hot or cold for up to 7 hours. It kept my things cold for 5 hours, so I believe it would easily go for 7 hours.
Comes with a nice carry strap, and a convenient pouch for carrying a water bottle. Also a compartment for a tablet or anything that size.

Size is just right, holds large water bottles with plenty of room for food without being to bulky. Has two zipper pockets and outside bottle holder as well. The insulation works well and keeps contents cold as designed. The removable and ajustable shoulder strap is a plus especially when you have your hands full. The construction of the bag looks like it should last, very nice and stylish.
it kept my sons food nice and cold for over 8 hours. it fit great in his locker. he did spill his pop in it and it was easy to clean just wiped it out with a wet rag. plan on buying more for my other kids

This bag has a ton of room, yet isnt bulky. its easy to carry and fits easily into the fridge at home and at work.I do my food prep every sunday, and have all my meals for the next week completed. I usually put one soda can in the bottom. Then some breakfast bars in the side slip-pockets.I took the shoulder strap off because it was annoying and unnecessary. But it's there if you want it. I found now need for it since the grip handle is very durable.
It was huge inside. Lots of space wit plenty of room left. The inside zipper he is a snack cake and a bag of chips. The back outside pocket held my jar of dressing. The grommets that hold the strap are very secure. I love the fact that the strap is adjustable and has a cushion insert. My food was still warm after sitting 5.5 hrs. The side pocket is roomy and help my cup nicely. The insulation definitely keeps food warm. I will be buying this bag once again. Love that it also has a carrying handle.
This lunch bag is great! It’s i can fit all my lunch and stays nice and cool all day with an ice pack. Granted its not a huge pack but its big enough for me and i can place it in backpack.
