I bought this as a cheaper alternative to the Yoga Trapezes' you see on Facebook and Instagram. I really wanted one but did not want to spend the crazy amount of money on one if I turned out to not like. I bought some suspension hooks from Ikea and had them installed into my ceiling in a spot that gave me plenty of space to move around. This has been great to stretch out my entire body, hanging upside has been great to decompress my spine and I have less pain afterwards. I did not buy this for any sort of problem I had with my back but I wanted to use it on a daily basis in order to increase movement and flexibility. I don't know what the other Yoga Trapezes' have to offer that this one does not, it works just like any others would at a fraction of the cost!
Bought this for the basement playground and my kids LOVE it. The bonus is that I get to use it too and exercise/stretch.
It’s holding up nicely so far. I wish it came with the extension straps...add another $15-$20 bucks for the straps.
I have used this only a couple of times so far, but I know once I get a regular space to hang it, I will love it. I did get to use it enough to know that my back will really be helped by this. I am average to larger size woman and I felt totally secure in this. I know its rated for more weight than 2-3 of me, but I liked knowing that.
I use my yoga swing to strengthen my core and stretching. It takes practice and patience but the results are well worth it! My body feels better and better every time I use it. My kids love it as well. It is fairly easy to install just make sure when you order the brackets that you are getting 2. When I ordered mine I assumed it came in a pack of 2 and I had to wait impatiently for another one! Also paracord works well, I tie knots at several levels so I can lower and raise the swing as needed.

Installation Steps:
1. Install carabiners, fixed plate or loadable steel tube on the ceiling,50cm-80cm distance between two carabiners is preferred.
2. Punching in the ceiling before mounting carabiners, furred ceiling is not suitable for installation.(installation must be operated on loadable fixed objects)
3. You should use extension strap if the ceiling is higher, with 1.4-1.5m anti-gravity yoga length.
4. Hook the carabiners at both ends of anti-gravity yoga to the end of extension strap.

It is beautiful and appears to be well-made. I haven't tried it, yet, as it doesn't come with the straps or hooks for which to hang it. I'll update once I have all the supplies and give it a try.
This is a nice product. I was concerned about quality because of the price, but I just love it. I have back problems, so this is nice to do some stretching without putting pressure on my lower back. I did not have a bar and didn't really want to put 2 holes in my ceiling so I just hooked the whole thing to the single eye bolt in my ceiling that I use for my sex swing and it works just fine!
The kids (8,13, & 16 yrs) love this swing and compete for time on it every day since they got it. They love swinging while playing games, using their phones, or watching TV.
I just ordered a poster with a list of suspension swing exercises and I plan to assign them some daily exercises.
Absolutely love using this yoga swing. I was a little worried that the quality wasn’t going to be as good as ones I’d see in store, but it’s just as good and 1/3 of the price. I use this from a tree in our yard and bought the tree slack hangers and extra climbing carabiners to link them together.
Amazing product. No flaw what so ever. Works just as the more expensive ones do. Feels the same as well. And i always look for the best deal for my money. And this is most definitely it!
