I've been running this diffuser daily for about 3 weeks and it works great. It puts nice scent in the air and just a touch of moisture to improve dry or stale air. It runs 3-4 hours then shuts-off automatically when it's out of water. I use plain tap water and 100% pure essential oil blends (a few drops of oil blend each time i fill the diffuser).
It won't work if you fill it too full.
This is a small device for a small room (works perfectly in a 10x12 or 12x14 room). You would want a larger capacity diffuser for a big room.
This nifty little diffuser about saved our lives during the recent fires in Cali. The air was toxic and everyone got sick from smoke inhalation. We bought a hepafilter and sealed ourselves in the bedroom for nearly 2 weeks. 2 humans and a large dog in 1 small room with all windows and doors closed ... the air got horribly stale and dry not to mention the smells that occur with 2 ppl, a dog, and no fresh air. Yet this little diffuser kept the air fresh and pleasant. Using a therapeutic breathing blend helped with the coughing and congestion from smoke exposure. Relax and Sleep blends helped with the claustrophobia of being locked inside for 2 weeks while the air outside was too toxic to breath.
The real bamboo diffuser is a great addition to my home. It is compact enough to fit anywhere I‘ve placed it. I love the fact that cool air is released from the mister and, that the diffuser is cool to the touch. I’ve run the diffuser in every room and I can never tell that it’s near because it so quite. The best function outside of the changing LED lights is that once the diffuser runs out of water it automatically shuts off.
Absolutely love this thing. So small but engulfs my entire livingroom with flavor. Not only do the scents (sold separately) smell amazing this thing infuses them into the air so they last! The motor is whisper quiet and the water inside gives a small waterfall sound. Helps me rest better at night. It also puts moisture in the Air which really helps with me being in a considerably dry climate. 100% satisfied.

I really love this diffuser, when it works. Unfortunately I have blown through 2 of them since the end of September.
The buttons on the bottom to turn it on and off stopped working after a month and 1/2.
I purchased a second one thinking it was a fluke, but sure enough after another month and a 1/2 that stopped working too.
Just purchased one by InnoGear which doesn't look as good, but I'll see what happens.
P.S.
I was really careful when I cleaned the unit and made sure I didn't get the bottom wet.

This is my first diffuser so I don't really have anything to compare it to, but thus far I've really enjoyed it. I love that it has a continuous setting and one that is intermittent allowing for a less intense experience. I also enjoy that the light around the top is just a sliver- not overstimulating!
I use mine in the evening and while I sleep. The automatic shut-off is great!
Would recommend for new diffuser users- super simple and a good price.
Great value for money.I purchased this essential oil diffuser in December 2017. It arrived promptly and was exactly as described. I have used it frequently. I like the design--it is an attractive "object" even if it did nothing! The led light colors are discreet and very pleasant. The machine is easy to operate with two gentle touches, first to the light button and then to the diffuse button. It gives out a scent which can gently fill my whole small apartment, but is not overwhelming, enjoyed by visitors who cannot tolerate incense.
A few weeks ago I filled the unit and turned it on as usual and the diffuser simply didn't work. I checked everything, cleaned it thoroughly then contacted the company. The agent was surprised and said that was very unusual and suggested they would send a replacement with no questions asked. I was very happy to receive the replacement.
Please, when you purchase this diffuser make sure to read the instructions: 1. Fill no more than 150ml. water (useful measurer provided) 2.Use no more than 6-10 drops of essential oil. 3. Carefully clean out the inside of oil residue with dish soap and water (every 5 or 6 uses) and there are a few other cautionary rules. I think I may have used too much oil and not cleaned frequently enough. I expect this unit to now last a very long time with proper maintenance.
So, from me 5 stars for the product and 5 stars for customer service!
I picked this diffuser because I wanted one for the bedroom on which I could turn off the accent lights so I can sleep in the dark, and I also liked that it did not have a plastic exterior, it is a natural material (a lovely dark stain on bamboo). I’ve had it for 2 weeks, and bought a second one a few days after the first one arrived. It works fabulously. I’ve used the constant diffuser and the intermittent setting, and the intermittent one lasts all night. It is the right size and strength of scent for the bedroom (~225 sq ft). I haven’t had any issues with leakage or moisture accumulation. The second one I’ve been using downstairs when I’m working on my computer at my dining table; the open floor plan is too large to have the scent penetrate the entire room, but I like having a calming scent nearby when I’m working, so it works for this purpose! I would definitely buy another one in the future, or perhaps a different size or style from the same brand, if it works as well.
This is fantastic. I purchased it to improve air humidity in a smaller bedroom room and love using the scented oils I purchased. It makes a nice soft trickle sound that’s barely audible, reminds me of the spa. I can hear it next to me but I’m sure if I placed it across the room it wouldn’t be noticeable. I’ll be purchasing a second larger diffuser for the living room!
I LOVE my Real Bamboo Essential Oil Diffuser, especially being able to choose intermittent stream and or use of the LED colored lights.. The shape and bamboo color is soothing to look at all on its. own. It isn't often you get more than you paid for but in this case I absolutely did. The packaging was excellent and arrived on time.
