I'm stunned! I have been suffering from a severe migraine disorder for 35 years! I have been on every medication with little to no success. I turned to alternatives and I have been using essential oils to take the edge off my migraines for many years now. I have used all the oils in this product, but maybe not in this specific mixture or combination. This product worked to take the edge off my severe migraine almost immediately. Excellent follow up with Customer Service emails, as well as their including pdfs for education. Amazing. I printed them out, and am learning even more about magnesium. And I've been studying it for migraine relief for many years.
I used a small amount of aloe vera gel on my feet, along with two sprays of the Migraine & Headache spray. I'm glad that it also has the four lovely essential oils. I am a big proponent of them. It is an ancient healing practice. What worked then, works now, even though we have other modern day factors to address.
After the first application on my feet, I slept very well, and did not experience itchiness. I had been taking magnesium internally via a powder w/calcium blend. Had some tummy troubles with that. After I finally stopped taking the powder, I had more migraines. Also have had sever sleep deprivation. Other factors involved with that too, but in the back of my mind I knew that I still needed magnesium and would need to find another source besides the powder. I also had done foot baths with Epsom salt, which is magnesium. But I don't always have the time or discipline to do a foot soak every night.
This spray is already bringing me better sleep and no early morning headaches that often turned into an all day migraine.
I am also going to purchase other products of this product line. High quality and at a reasonable price. I recommend learning how best to use this product by reading all of their generous pdfs.
To all my fellow migraine sufferers, we each have our different issues, and yet magnesium can never be ignored. There is an answer, thank goodness!
3/3/18 - I had gotten a question from someone and the link expired, so here is my updated review. The question was: " What is the difference between the pure magnesium oil spray and the night time spray and the headache spray. Is the only difference the EO's?"
I don't know. I wondered that myself. But I am using the Migraine & Headache spray with the oils. One spray each foot every other night. If I do it every night it is too much magnesium for my system. You may be different.
We all need to experiment until we get the right dosage. After using this spray for a short time, I have had great relief from migraines and poor sleep.
But I also do other things, like taking supplements like Ashwaganda and "My Brain", which I also purchased from Amazon. It has some magnesium in it, as well as Feverfew and B vitamins. The spray has added what seems to be the final item for me. Migraines absolutely debilitate me, but I have to keep working because I own my own business. I've studied all of this for years, even having tried regular medicine and it just made it worse. But again, everyone is different so it's not always the product, but the dosage and other variables in our lives.

I thought I would try this because I’d read about the benefits of Magnesium. Well, it not only helps to reduce a headache when it is starting, like others here, I spray it on the soles of my feet before bed and I have never slept so soundly! I called in sick to work last night due to being violently sick with my sixth migraine attack in the last two months. I was suffering from a really horrible nausea-inducing, eyeball popping out of my head migraine the night that I stumbled upon this product. I was trying to talk myself into (or maybe out of) taking an Imitrex because, while they do work, they leave me feeling even more sick and drained of all energy. I read a lot of really positive reviews for this product and was excited to try it. Low and behold I somehow managed to stay migraine-free for well over a week after that. When I finally did get another one I was quick to grab this bottle. I will be honest, I did also take one single excedrin when the migraine first started, but that usually only holds it off long enough for me to start my work day. This time I also used the 7 minerals on the back of my neck, forhead and temple. The smell isn't the greatest but not bad. It did burn and itch slighly like it said it might, but I tried to just ignore it. I was surprised at the end of the day to realize that my migraine hadn't actually fully come on. I have had chronic migraines since I was in high school. I’ve been on tons of medication, and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. After I saw a review about how amazing it was, I figured I’d try it. This spray does wonders! It takes it away for around 4 hours for me. The only dislikes I have are the scent. It doesn’t smell that great, but with the benefits it is worth it. The second dislike is that whenever I spray it on my forehead, it starts to itch a bit after it settles. So far, so good! I’ve been using it for a week or so and I’m not waking up at 3 AM with a headache! It seems to feel really tingly when I first spray it on my forehead and neck, then feels “tight”. Kind of burns- not in a bad way- just like if you put alcohol on a cut- but just for a few seconds. I’m hoping this will continue to help prevent those early morning headaches. I’m trying to stay away from major triggers like too much alcohol and chocolate so I’m not really sure if this product is actually helping or if it’s because of the trigger thing. But I will keep using it and will let you know in a month or so how it’s doing.
