I bought this product to take showers at campgrounds so I don't touch the shower floor with my bare feet. Typical "flipflops" that have a thong between my toes drive me crazy! I absolutely love these sandals that slip on easily over all my toes. The sandal does not slip in the shower stall. It goes on and off without having to bend over and touch it. The material is synthetic and waterproof, which is perfect for the shower. I think they would also be terrific at the beach. This was a great buy at a bargain price.
I enjoy my fitness, and have several options for my workouts - two of which include full locker room and hot showers. So I've been looking (and buying, and buying) different flip-flops and slides trying to find something that keeps my feet away from standing water (I am susceptible to athlete's foot) and dries nearly instantaneously so I can shove them back into my gym bag and go.
I thought I found the ones with a dorky-looking pair that were made out of the same material as these, were a powder blue color and had holes in the bottom (by design). On the surface it seemed like a good idea, water drains out quickly, etc. but turned out to be a horrible idea I didn't think through well. Step into a shower and standing water comes UP through the holes as well, so if the point is protection in a public shower they were an epic failure. As the "nail in the coffin" their biggest size was still tight on my size 12 feet.
These are made out of the same material; squishy, comfortable, non-absorbent. There are no crevices are seams to hold water, and no absorbent cloth-like material on the underside of the strap (like most slides have) to absorb water. No holes in the bottom, and they have a size bigger that is very comfortable or me. As an added bonus, they look much less dorky than the last pair (and slight masculine to boot), although that is merely icing on the cake for me.
What's most important: after I shower and dress, I slap these on the floor a few times and they are DRY. Just like that, ready to be shoved back into the gym bag. Nothing to hold water, so they don't come back out wet (and stinky) a day or two later.

I purchased these as shower shoes and they do the trick. I wouldn't want to wear them more casually or for any other extended purpose because they're not a super durable quality. They're comfortable enough and the textured foot bed is nice. Easy to slip on/off but they don't falls off my feet during use, which is the problem I was having with my "thong" style shower shoes.
I'm a size 9-9.5 in women's and I purchased a men's 8. They are perfectly comfortable and have a little extra wiggle room.
Purchased these for my 85 year old Mother to wear at the pool. They are easy for her to slip on for the pool deck and the shower and she gets a lot of compliments on the color. Even though she wears a size 8, we bought the 9 due to her wide feet. Got this for my husband as he likes to wear lightweight flip flops/sandals around the house instead of the ordinary house slippers. It’s made of comfy light rubber which makes it very cushiony and also VERY VERY easy to clean and wash.

Finally someone knows how to measure their own shoes. I've been through multiple manufacturers trying to find a basic black slip on sandal that I can wear at work (major foot issues prevent wearing regular shoes) and my old sandals had white racing strips drawing attention to them. The others ordered were always too large or too small. These are exactly as stated... Size 11 IS size 11. yay! They are pretty comfortable as well. I'm pleased
Realitively inexpensive, but very comfortable. I bought as a sandal that I would wear at Ironman races, then throw away in transition. After wearing them one time I am buying more, they are super comfortable!
I'm fairly young and had major foot surgery from a break so it hurts pretty bad to walk barefoot especially on hard floors, and I'm told it will be that way forever. Cushiony slippers aren't supportive and I kind of fall to the side of the plush mound in the center so it's just not really safe for me and they get hot. These are perfect for me, it's what I wear around the house every step I take, dense cushion, stable, not hot, perfect.
