My mom was battling cancer and is on an alkaline diet, and it has saved her life. She’s now in remission! She says this water “tastes like water not weird or flat.” ALSO YOU HAVE TO DRINK THIS ON AN EMPTY STOMACH. Don’t listen to reviews saying people got sick. You will throw up if you drink alkaline water with food!!!!!! And you have to ease into it - my mom started with pH 7 water and is now at this one. You have to let your body adjust!!!!
Received the regular water. Expected the cucumber and mint. Very disappointed.
*Update (9/6/18): Because of a product labeling issue, I received the wrong product. I reported this to the seller and the issue was corrected. I received the cucumber and mint water and I really enjoy it. As others have noted the mint flavor is very light, but the overall taste is refreshing to me. The customer service was excellent. I will order more Flow products for sure.
I used to drink Smart water, but drinking from plastic bottles caused some body problems. As soon as I switched to carboard or glass bottles within a few weeks I was completely better!!
I was used to drinking the smart water so I was really missing the electrolytes. I was really happy that I found this water and I love it! My mom also started drinking it and loves it!
My husband has a problem with leg cramps at night. Electrolyte enhanced bottled water seemed to help a bit. Then I discovered Flow Water with naturally occurring electrolytes and gave it a try. I love this product, I especially like the fact that it's alkaline water from the source, not chemically engineered. It does make me sweat more, but I believe that's toxins exiting my body. Highly recommended. Whole Foods sells it as well.
I absolutely love this water! It is refreshing and the lemon/ginger combination tends to soothe my nervous tummy. The other best thing is the eco friendly packaging. I can only hope that all bottled water will make the change to this type of packaging.
Good water, I bought it for the higher alkalinity aspect but didn't PH test any of it. I like the convenient and environment friendly packaging. However, had to dock a star because out of a couple cases I had one bottle with a leak (see pic). Came from right under the plastic looking seal, that's not acceptable. Maybe it was just a fluke and not the norm. I have one more case to go through and then I'll decide whether to purchase again.
Maybe it's just a coincidence but when I went to my ayurveda assessment and they tested if I was acid or alkaline I came out completely alkaline which is good! I feel good drinking this water it's right up there with the water I get from my Zen and Zero Water filtration systems (both exceptional btw).
Flow water is INCREDIBLE! I purchased alkaline water as I believe that it helps to naturally reduce acidity in the body and the bonus is that it comes in this beauty eco-friendly pack. The best part was the flavor - it's just that perfect HINT of flavor of cucumber + mint, offering a refreshing beverage that was healthy and yummy at the same time (Bonus = zero sugar, zero cals - YAY!). I was adding my own cucumber and lemon to my water everyday and this saves me the trouble as tastes equally delicious. This is my new go-to water (the lemon+ginger and original are amazing too).
