I read a couple reviews who said the holder did not hold the phone well and it would swivel or hang instead of being upright.
Once you install the car vent piece tighten the knob. I did this as tight as possible. The i put my phone and adjusted the view of my phone to wear I liked it then tighten the other knobs. If your phone is “hanging” or not “tight” on the mount, you need to “close” the pop socket. I have it “open” to put it on then push it closed and then the mount works like a charm!
Easy to assemble; you need your own pop socket to work with your phone. Looks pretty enduring, but to be tested.
Works perfect doesn't fall out doesn't twist doesn't turn and suction cup has a super strong hold.
Im very happy with this mount! Sticks well to the front window and now my pop socket mount doesnt block a vital air vent. It gets hot in Texas.....I need my A/C.
Bonus though, you get two additional mounta INCLUDING an air vent mount that you can give to a friend to look like you care. PLUS a mount with a sticky back that I personally recommend sticking on the wall of your shower. Works really nicely. Especially when you use any kind of video conferencing.
Originally bought this solely for the windshield mount, but ended up liking the vent mount too. Spring loaded with a thumbscrew to change the clamp size

How to use?
1. Install the mount. Rotate the nut to the proper degree of tightness. This fixes car mount for driver’s easy-to-see view angle.

This mount sticks really well to my car front surfice and fit well with the standard smartphone holder. Easy to use and I don't need to hold my phone while driving any more.
I got my product in two days as expected since I am on amazon prime. Everything looks fine just as described on the product page. I will definitely give an update after days of use. For now, I am happy with the purchase
Adjustable. I neede to keep my phone where I could see the navigation while driving. They adjust to any position. But be aware that you need your own pop socked.
It worked perfectly with any type of socket and is able to hold my fairly heavy iPhone XR up and stable and had no problem suctioning onto the windshield.
Very good product!! Comes with 2 mounts; windshield/dashboard mount and vent mount. Used the windshield mount on my highlander. Phone stays put, doesnt fall out of mount. Plan to use the vent mount in my scion!
