Update: This power bank will not supply USB-A output power if MicroUSB port input port has anything plugged into it. The MicroUSB device supplying power to the battery bank is a Solar panel USB charger; even if I disconnect the solar charger at the other end, the battery will NOT supply USB-A output power.
First, I state that this review was done at my own expense (no freebies, paid out-of-pocket). Secondly, I state I purchased this product for the express purposes of powering two dashboard cameras in my car, so the cameras can continue to function while my car is powered off. Finally, I state that this battery bank has ended my search... for now.
First picture, it's plugged into a wall charger at PD speed. I suspect the amperage, at just under 20V, is lower than expected because the battery bank is nearly fully charged.
The second picture is whenever my smartphone (LG G5) is plugged in and receiving a charge. It's just over 1A of power being delivered at 5V. The stated specs for this charger delivers 5V and up to 2.4A per USB, or 3.4A combined, but it could be that my phone (taking these pictures) has a close to full charge when plugged in. Phones tend to draw less power whenever their near full capacity. Also, while this is not a flaw of the charger at all, this charger does not deliver Quick Charge 3.0 charging capability. This is where the next gen battery bank has room for improvement.
The third picture is whenever I have my front dashboard camera plugged in to receive power. This draws nearly 5V of power and just about 0.5mA. A charger from a different company (RAV), with similar specs I have and reviewed, which would OVERVOLT my cameras causing them to power off and on. However, this OVERVOLTING on the other battery bank only seemed to be a problem (by getting worse) when the battery bank itself was being charged via PD (20V/1A). The Miady PD powerbank does not have voltage issues and provides VERY stable USB-A voltages at nearly 5V. Whenever this battery bank is being charged at 20V/1A via PD (Power Delivery) from my car charger, OR not being charged at all, the USB-A ports maintain near 5V output. This battery bank deliver stable voltages, and by the evidence, allows for pass through (pass thru) charging, whereby the battery itself can get charged while supplying power to two USB-A connected devices.
The fourth and final picture is where this battery bank seems to falter. While this battery bank is being charged, the end of the batter where the USB ports are located warm up significantly. You will definitely notice it feeling warm. This can be worrisome, as devices which overheat can have a shorter than expected life span. While the warranty is a generous 18-month period, I can rest assured at knowing this battery will be taken care of if it fails, or heaven forbid it explodes. However, what good is a warranty for a product if it happens to explode and destroy other things? This is the POTENTIAL trouble of having a device that heats up while charging (even with nothing else connected to it). It is enough to make me feel uneasy, but I spent good money for this device and have had trouble finding a comparable battery bank.
This for Miady to improve for the next line: (a) USB-A Quick Charge 3.0 (QC3) output; (b) reduce or eliminate heat generated while charging; (c) perhaps, maybe increase to three USB-A outputs.
I would definitely recommend this battery bank for Uber/Lyft, Taxi drivers, Grub Hub, Dasher or any other gig economy side job, where monitoring your unpowered vehicle is very desirable and essential. This battery bank, equipped with a proper PD (Power Delivery) car charger, can provide two devices HOURS of power; AND the battery bank will recharge incredibly fast while your car is powered ON and charging this battery bank. The nature of PD charging almost guarantees your battery bank will recharge quickly, and in turn will provide this battery bank the ability to deliver power to your cameras, or other devices, while your vehicle turned off.
As a side note, this battery bank has an available MicroUSB input (5v2a max). I will be investigating further, and seeing if the MicroUSB and Type-C input charging will interfere with each other, because one potential possibility I see with the MicroUSB input is combining it with a solar USB charger. The idea would be to recharge via Type-C PD when the car is powered on, and recharge via MicroUSB with a USB Solar Charger when the car is powered off during the daytime.
This is the 28600 mAh capacity model AS-470TC. Excellent build quality. Has a 4-light LED charge capacity indicator on the side of the unit. Four and a half stars, no 5-starts only because the USB-A ports do not support Power Delivery Rapid Charge.
Can charge from the USB-C or Micro-USB port. The USB-C port can both charge the unit and also can be used to charge devices (input and output). That USB-C port is the only port of the four ports that has Power Delivery that charges a Pixel3 XL rapidly. The two USB-A ports charge a Pixel3 XL at normal speed.
This Miady charger was a third of a price of better known brands that I am usually loyal to, so I gave it a try and was not disappointed overall.
I just received this in the last couple of days. I had tried another portable battery pack, but returned it because I could not get it to power my Surface Pro 4 (it would go on and off every 1-2 seconds and ended up draining the Surface, rather than charging it). I had previously used a power pack that was purchased nearly 5 years ago and began to die doing the same thing. So it was time to get a new one. I read a number of reviews and did searches to make certain it was compatible with the Surface Pro 4 as long as I had the proper cable to connect it.
I charged the unit for about an hour with a 65W USB-C charger and as soon as I hooked it up to the Surface Pro, I immediately saw it charging and continued to charge. I then returned the unit to the USB-C charger, fully charging it in about another 3 hours (probably less than 5 hours total to achieve full power) and then used it to power my Surface for the rest of the evening. I had run the Surface down to about 20% left and within about an hour, this nifty little battery pack had gotten the Surface to 99% and I still had 2 lights (about 1/2 power) left on the portable pack.
For the price and function, I don't know if I can find a better buy. It certainly takes up little space and is noticeable lighter that the old unit it replaced, while having the same MAh storage. I will keep watching how it works and if it continues to perform the way it has so far, will update this.
Miady PD powerbank arrived with pleasant yellow package. Inside the package separates the powerbank and charging cords(type C to type C & USB to Micro USB) in two individual boxes, even comes with a pouch to carry the powerbank. Although it's nice they include a carrying pouch, it will be better to have separate pockets so the USB cables can be carried with designated space.
Review of the powerbank:
This is the first time owning a PD powerbank with 26800mAh capacity. Depends on the purpose of your usage, it does feel a bit on the heavy side for me to carry on a daily basis(not your Iphone6 size type of charger). The charging time is a bit longer(about half day on the first charge), however given such high capacity this is expected. Powerbank does its job properly to charge both of my devices very well(OnePlus 3 smart phone and a laptop). Overall I like this PD powerbank and will recommend to anyone looking for PD featured portable chargers.
I used it when go out for travels much, because is has large storage and it has a typec interface. It can charge my iPhone many times when I need take many photos and videos in travel. And if someone else did not bring any portable charger, you will be the most popular one haha with your ‘key’

Can't believe it. 26800 mAh can be charged my iPhone three times. Amazing product with this price. The capacity is really amazing, and I spent a whole night to charge it until full range, and it can promise me to use about a week. The design is really simple, which I really like it. Overall, good price for great product!
About the only very small nit I have to pick is that the button to check charging power is small and on the side; other makes of this type of battery have a big round button and readout on the top. But that's a minor complaint for a battery that's already served very well though a week-long working trip. Would buy again.
I can use it to charge 3 devices at the same time, and use USB-C port to charge my laptop when I need it. Considering its huge capacity, I can imagine traveling and camping with it. So far, it has performed well.
Made with good Material and fits nice in hands. A bit on the bigger side but still very portable. Battery charges fast, and the capacity is big with this pack! Also, the product is nicely package, I had a great unboxing experience!
it is really a good experience. The power delivery 30W usb c PD charges my laptop in a pinch, the normal USB is great too, and charges my phone rapidly, same as it advertises. Considering such a cheap price and a huge capacity of 26800mAh,
