I received a pair of these earbuds that did not work. As a result, I wrote a negative one star review. In less than a day, the company contacted me and tried to walk me through a reset procedure. That did not work either. They immediately sent me a new pair that work perfectly. I wish to take back my one star rating. They are outstanding earbuds! Super easy to set up (just take them out of the case), excellent sound, and the charging system is first rate.
In an effort to provide more details, I have several other pairs of earbuds One Shure pair (wired, non bluetooth) cost nearly $1,000. Yes, they sound better, but not by much. I also have other bluetooth earbuds, but none of them connect more easily than this Linklike pair. Also, the fit of these is as comfortable as my most comfortable pairs. Combine that with an included charging station, at a price far below anything else I have purchased; makes these a no brainer to buy. Just make sure when you get them to carefully pick out the right size ear tips, so that they fit comfortably, yet snug, so you can enjoy all the base and balanced midrange they are capable of providing. Battery life is the best ever! I've used other ones that wouldn't even last a long workout and these are recharged everytime you put them in the case and you only have to recharge that every 7-10 days. I like the complete wireless except if one falls out, I found going to the next size up (provided) helped keep them in my ears.
I had a great experience with their wired headphone so this time I choose this earbud for my gym use. It has rumbling bass which is perfect for workout playlists, long battery life, fit securely in ear and even more comfortable than my last Sony earbud. Just realized it can also served as power bank to charge your phone, WoW
Came on time and just as described, awesome sound. Battery pack comes in very handy.
The sound quality seems not as good as wired ear phones but overall quality is great and I would buy them again if I lost them. Not having wires hanging from my head is awesome.

Very impressive dynamic range, much better than my iPhone 6S OEM wired earphone--> more sound details. Its battery charger serves as a dedicated power bank, extra playtime. The magnetic connection between the earbud and charger secure its connection while charging. Wireless setup means more freedom to enjoy music while doing other tasks. Definitely, recommend this earbud as an affordable upgrade.
