It took me a while to get the filter chamber to close without leaking, but that was just me being dumb. Now that I've got it closed right, this head is really great. Hasn't reduced the flow noticeably And I've noticed a real change from my old hard water. Hair and body feel much cleaner. Really good bang for the buck!
