I was skeptical but in such pain that I was willing to try anything. I am also on the chunky side and I stand for a living. When I would finish work and had to go to the subway and go down stairs I would let everyone pass and go down slowly and with pain in my every step. These insoles did the trick. I guess there was no proper circulation on my feet and the little bumps and magnets just worked magic.From the first day I was able to go down the subway stairs at a normal pace.

I think they are great so far. Time will tell if they relieve my heal pain and help lose weight. They fit my shoes nicely They do not hurt or smell as some have said. I put them in my shoes and wore them all day. They do feel a little funny to start with but not bad.

I just got these insoles and am wearing them in my flat sneakers. I don't have any specific ailment that caused me to purchase them so I can't say if they correct issues like back pain, foot pain etc. What I can say is that they feel good. The nubs that line the insole act as massaging points as you walk. It really feels quite nice. They also have magnets in what I can only imagine are strategic points across the face of the insole. These supposedly help with circulation, which can't hurt. In the description they note that there are holes in the insoles to create airflow and keep your feet cool, this definitely is true. My feet feel dry and cool all day long. The only thing that I don't like right now are the larger bump areas. From my past experience with insoles, I can only assume that my feet are just getting used to them and this won't be an issue in the near future, but for now those two raised areas near the front can sometimes be distracting.

I honestly didn't think these would work but for $13 I had to at least try. I have a bulging disc, L5 in my lower back and I wore these all day today and my back felt AWESOME. I haven't felt this pain free since before my injury. Granted. It was only one day but I will follow up in the near future with an update. I wear a size 9 and ordered the small.

I have a lot of back pain, sciatica and all so I thought I'd give these a shot. At first I didn't really feel any different but after wearing for a few days, my back pain decresed a lot. I still got the bad headaches but my back didn't feel bad at all. Whether it's the inserts or pure coincidence, only time will tell. I rated it 4 stars because one foot feels uncomfortable with the insert on, while the other foot feels fine.
