Recently replaced my old battery with this one and it works like a charm- thus far. I'll update my review within a couple of weeks as I'll be using the battery often.
UPDATE:
I've had this battery for about a month now and use it often for drilling as well as working on DIY projects for my lady, and I love it. I've only charged it once and it's going strong.
Battery works well, im using it today. But must tell you it dosen't last as long as the newer lithium battery. It's good for an extra battery when you working around house and gotta finish your job.
It works as it should. I am satisfied with my purchase.

How to keep your battery in a good condition:
1.Prevent the Memory Effect - Keep the battery healthy by fully charging and then fully discharging it at least once every two to three weeks.
2.Keep the RYOBI Power Tool Battery Clean - It's a good idea to clean dirty battery contacts with a cotton swab and alcohol. This helps maintain a good connection between the battery and the portable device.
3.Exercise the Battery - Do not leave the battery dormant for long periods of time. We recommend using the battery at least once every two to three weeks.
Just like the name brand. Works like a charm. Didn't realize I was missing all that power these last few years. Batteries only last 5-6 years.
Awesome replacement battery and priced very well
Great replacement battery for my Ryobi drill. Can't tell the difference from the original Ryobi battery. Works as well and lasts as long. The only difference is the price. Highly recommended!
This battery was very good. Much cheaper then buying the actual brand name battery.
