Who'd of thought I would be giving 5 stars when the yellow cartridge in the initial set was not recognized by my HP 8715 printer? I was not surprised considering the very reasonable price, so I sent an email to Kingjet explaining the problem and asking suggestions for making it work (on Saturday afternoon). Saturday evening I received a reply indicating that a new cartridge was being shipped, and if that didn't work I would be given a full refund - no need to return. The new cartridge got here in 2 business days and works great. I ran a print test sheet and the colors look fine, and the blacks are solid.
There was no hesitation on their part about making the problem right. They didn't ask me to run diagnostics or waste my time trying other solutions. They simply took care of the problem. If only it was always this easy to deal with problems.

Great quality ink, works great. On the first delivery, the cyan cartridge was leaking. I called amazon and they sent me another one, and it works great. Maybe they should add some more packing material, but other than that the quality is great, and installation was extremely easy. Definately will buy again.
The color cartridges are not recognized by my HP Office jet Pro 8710. Printer says “Remove and reinstall indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed.
Update: It seems they’ve updated the cartridges with a new chip, the manufacturer sent me new cartridges at no cost and they work beautifully!
This product has turned out to be the answer to the more expensive cartridges - I read multiple reviews prior to my purchase, because I have bought other "off label" brands before, with no warranty, and been stuck with printer cartridges that did not work, could not be returned, and ultimately spending twice the amount to replace with the name brands. These are working great & I will gladly continue to use them in the future.

★Little Tips
1: It'd be better to keep the printer power-on if you often use it, as printers will run the printhead cleaning automatically when reset, which will waste ink.
2: But if the machine isn't used frequently, then you can turn it off. Just need to switch on the power weekly, which will protect the printhead from clogging.
As an IT professional, the office.jet pro 8710 is our standard machine for personal printers. However, we purchase the genuine HP ink.
For my office at home, my wife suggested that I find a cheaper alternative. Kingjet re-manufactured has given me great quality for what I need at home and I will continue to use this awesome product.
It's working great so far! Easy to install. My printer recognized it as a non-brand cartridge but still allowed me to install and has been printing great. I'm curious to see how long they last. I'll update this post if it runs out early. But this is such a great price, it'll still be hard to complain even if they do run out sooner.

My original order included a magenta cartridge that my printer didn't like, it said it was defective or malfunctioning. I contacted customer service and they sent me whole new set. Magenta worked fine on this one and now I have a back up for the other colors!
I've been using these for a couple months now and they are going strong. Mine were bought earlier than the "improved chip" ones the description mentions now but these older one a working very well. If the newer ones are even better then they'll be super fantastic.
