This product works and worth what you pay for it. It's nice not needing a cable connected to your phone. Only downside is that passengers in the car are not able to charge and use their phone with the same time, but that comes with the territory I guess.

I got an iPhone X and just can’t wait to use it. It’s easy to install and the seat of the product is stable. Fits my phone very well. Now I can charge my phone wirelessly while using google map!
I installed this in my work van, I have Otter Box installed on both my Galaxy 8 and my iPhone X and this charges both with no trouble.

2. Remove metal attachment and credit cards.
Q: Why is charging so slow on my phone?
A: 1. QC3.0 charger adapter is highly recommended.
2. Turn off phone screen while wireless charging.
Q: Why is the phone get overheating when charging?
A: Remove the metal plate or credit card from phone back.
Q: Why is it charging intermittently?
A: 1. Be sure your phone case is NOT thicker than 0.16 in.
2. Be sure your phone aligns with bottom of the charger.
Q: Why does the battery start to drop when using GPS?
A: Wireless charge is 2~3 times slower than wire charge. We recommend to turn off phone screen while wireless charging as screen is the biggest power consumer.
Q: Will the wireless car charger loose and disconnect on bumpy roads?
A: No, it does not rely on gravity to clamp the phone. It is mechanically clamped by gears and will not loosen and not disconnect the charging state under any road conditions.
