Update: Two years later and my case is still going strong. I got my wife a new phone so her case and phone became a toy for our two boys, they have yet to do any physical damage.

This has been a solid case, I have two of them, one for my phone, the other for my wife's. Our 2 year old has taken both phones on his round the house destruction campaigns and has yet to cause any damage to the phones. They have a nice grip, are easy to take off and put back on. I have not done any extreme testing to see how they work when run over by a car etc, however they have been a great value and much appreciated.
This case arrived well packaged and on time. It is attractive and easy to fit to the phone. I've had it for about a month now. Does a really good job of protecting the phone (yes, I've dropped once or twice with no ill effects). I suppose if the screen actually hit something sharp at the right angle and the right height, you could have a problem but I'm pretty satisfied that this case does a good job under most circumstances. Protects the phone while it's traveling in my purse and on the frequent trips to the farm. I might like it just a tad better if it was a "holster type" but I can always move to that style if I need it. I would definitely recommend this case.
Goergeous colors, and high variety to choose from. The case does exactly what it promises. It's sturdy where it can protect my phone from pretty much anything, but not bulky or heavy. However, the case does get stained easily. I don't know if this is because of the color I chose, or the fact that I'm a messy person. The stains won't come off so that's a huge con. Another con is the dirt that gets trapped between the back of my phone and inside my case. I hate having to constantly take the case off so I can wipe it. So, if you're careful and okay with cleaning your case every so often, the case is not that bad.
I don't usually go for two piece cases and didn't realize this WAS two pieces when I bought it, but works great, fits great, and doesn't get in the way of the different charging cables I have. (Some have large ends) When I first got the phone I was annoyed by the very EASY press of the buttons that caused problems, but this case makes it harder to accidentally press side buttons. Pretty tough case.

How to Set Up:
1. Please plug units back to charging dock to activate your earphones.
2. Press the MFB (main function button) on both earbuds for about 2 seconds to turn them on. The indicator will flash red and blue.
3. Search the earbuds on your devices and you can connect each bud individually with your devices.
4. Indicator will slowly flash in blue light if paired successfully.
How to Pair Into Stereo Model:
1. Turn on both earbuds.
2. Please hold the MFB on any one of them for 1s and hear a "Di" sound to enter pairing mode. Then wait about 4s and the two earbuds will connecting together automatically. If the earbuds are successfully paired, the indictor on the host earbud will flash between red and blue, and the slave earbud will flash a blue indictor every 5 seconds.

This case took a serious beating through my stepdaughter and the case outlived the phone! The phone got old and stopped working from natural causes. The case kept it in one piece and I often saw the phone dropped (ugh).
I was surprised to open the package and find 2 parts. A soft rubber part that covers the back and sides, and a hard plastic part that fits over the rubber part. buttons and plugs are all handled very well. The case adds some bulk to the phone, which I like. It makes it easier for me to hold. If you like the thin/sleek feel of your phone, this is not for you.
I'm delighted with this purchase! I rate it five stars without hesitation, and can't think of a single con. Even the price is reasonable for the value received, IMHO.
I was looking for a more presentable pad cover than my well-used (abused?) old one, which, despite having outstanding functionality, was looking a bit disreputable after years of use on the road and in the field. It was a corporate logo off-brand product, but had a reliable zipper and plenty of secure storage. However, it was no longer presentable for meetings or interviews, particularly those occurring in well-appointed offices.
I own other Tumi products, so I expected this item (Meridian Zip Letter Pad) to be superior. It has exceeded those expectations. From the pictures I thought that the interior pocket arrangement--which was like my old one--was better than most available similar products. I have found having the loose paper pocket open on the longer side of the pad cover to be more functional as well as more secure than the typical flap/pocket open to the short/top edge. The open pocket, the card pockets, and the interior zipper pocket have all proven to be well-designed and well-implemented.
But beyond the physical layout, the construction and materials are truly exceptional. The zipper is one of the smoothest I've ever used in a leather accessory. And the leather is so soft that I sometimes feel guilty about actually using it--shouldn't I keep it safely stored away from the elements and the touch of strangers? ;-)
As for being presentable, given considerable experience with business meetings, I've never come across a more presentable writing pad cover. While there are more expensive and more exclusive brands and/or items out there, I doubt one would ever find oneself given a glance askance when carrying this pad cover. YMMV.
