I decided to go on my first backpacking trip with my university group to the Grand Canyon for 7 days. One of the required items was foot balm, which I have never purchased or used. This was the first one that came up on Amazon, so I bought it. The balm saved all 12 of us: cracked hands, dusty dry horrible legs, cuts, bruises from the backpack, blisters. And, on top of all that, the scent is like an herbal garden, delicious and sweet. I think we spent around ten minutes just sitting there and inhaling the scent. The rest of the group had bought other products at REI, and none of them smelled as good as this balm. I don't think I will ever buy any other type of balm except this one. Thanks for an awesome product. Just wanted to comment that the lid does have trouble getting off, so you want to either rotate it or slowly move the lid up by going in a circle along the edge. It would be great if the manufacturer made the lids a bit more accessible.
While this particular product didn't work for me in the end, the reason for my high rating is the outstanding customer service by Alex from Rocket Pure who immediately contacted me after expressing dissatisfaction and offered either a refund or another product. He surprised me with 2 products the anti chafing lotion and eucalyptus foot powder, both of which I like thus far, but since I haven't purchased those, I could not review them, so I wanted to edit my initial review for my purchase here and rate not so much this product per say, but again, the outstanding customer service and the desire of Rocket Pure to make their clients happy, which impressed me. Yes, the soles of my feet dry out and occasionally crack. I have tried a wide variety of foot creams, even wearing special socks at night to let it soak in.
Even the more popular creams, with many reviews, were giving me a mediocre result. Some of them had ingredients that I could barely pronounce, but I was still willing to give it a go, if only I could soften my feet.
When this product arrived, I was initially disappointed as the size seemed rather small. Yet, a little goes a very long way. Instead of slathering it on, I slowly massage this into my feet before retiring. It simply works better then any product I've used before and the ingredients are simple and good.
In just a few weeks of use I have an amazing improvement. Would give the product six stars if I could!
All natural hand repair? Yes, please. I'll confess--my cracked hands and heels are NOT from rock climbing ;)--way less glamorous simple dry skin. My hands (and heels) are cracked and dry and the hands hurt. This balm has a light fragrance which works for it (I'm sensitive to strong smells)--it's from the ingredients, not added. It is exceptionally oily--but that's what works best on dry skin. I use it before bed and as often as I can during the day (if I don't wear white cotton gloves, I leave an oily residue on everything I touch). If you plan to use it during the day I recommend gloves. It soothes the cracked skin--zero irritation, even there--and the healing is quicker than anything I've used. And I have tried many, many remedies for these sore hands. I highly recommend this. It's true that a little goes along way.

I purchased this amazing product recently and can't begin to tell you how wonderful it is. I put it on my cracked heals (from sandals all summer long), put on a pair of socks and when I woke up the next morning I was amazed at the difference in my heals.....soft and cracks were almost completely gone. I have never used a product that worked so well and so fast. I am looking forward to using this product during the upcoming winter season as my fingers get these horrible, painful splits that is very hard to heal. Over the years I have used a product that is no longer available (much to my dismay) and it took the pain away and healed the split in a short period of time. It must be a genetic condition because all 3 of my kids get the same type of splits in their fingers so if this rocket pure product works, I will be ordering a few tins and giving them to my kids. 'm cycling through all the scents that appeal to me, but after the lavender and ylang-ylang, this was a welcome subtly! That's not saying I won't order the other scent again, but with a history of (artificial) perfume allergies, it was much appreciated!
A-MAZING product!! I just received it, but my hands and feet look and feel great! You have no idea what I've been through-- with my feet especially. After basic training years ago, my feet have been callused and nasty. Whatever you can do to improve your feet, I've done.... Pedis, callus removers at the spa and at home, pumice stones, foot soaks, foot peels, that foot shaving thingie, creams, lotions up the wa-zoo.... After nine hours of putting this balm on my feet, putting a fresh pair of socks on, and going to my second job, my feet are so soft! One heel has this wrinkly feel to it, and now the skin doesn't feel like some old lady's heel as much as it did even this morning. I can't recommend this product enough. I even rubbed some on my hands too-- awesome softness and a sweet lemon scent. But don't worry about walking around smelling like a lemon. Within 5 minutes, the lemon scent dissipated to a faint sweetness. Also, it's a clean, natural lemon smell-- not the "I just cleaned my house" lemon smell. Do yourself a favor-- do your skin a favor--put this stuff in your cart and buy it now. I'm telling you-- you won't regret it like I regretted my last marriage-- and your endless stress and obsession trying to have feet you're not embarrassed about-- to have someone touch them and not be skeeved out--or be proud to wear flip-flops or anything that shows your feet--or to go barefoot--all that stress will be gone. I bought this as a gift for my husband who is an avid rock climber. I would totally recommend this, especially if you do a lot of indoor climbing! My husband hates having to take breaks in the week between rock climbing because of cracked or blistering/bleeding hands. This balm seriously is so soothing and heals your hands so quick so you can get right back on the wall or mountain! Totally recommend this to my fellow avid rock climbers.
Oh Rocket Pure! Thank you for making this balm that not only heals but smells divine! I was training for the Susan G. Komen breast cancer 3 day walk (60 miles over 3 days) and my feet felt so raw after those 15 or 18 mile training walks. I did a google search for "how to heal raw feet" and found my way to Rocket Pure. The balm had so many great reviews I decided to give it a try. It really healed my feet, didn't feel greasy or make me slosh around in my socks and I started getting inquiries about "what smells so good?". I now use it on my hands and elbows during the dry winter months (and will do so in the summer) and have gifted it to 3 friends who tried mine.
