I bought this for my mom , one of the shoes I gave to her is kinda big and uncomfortable. She told me she use it immediately after she received, it is very nice and reduce the shoe size a little and also protect back of her feet.
My feet actual size is 8.5 but I have thick bone so I must wear 9.5 usually. Almost my shoes is uncomfortable, but I put this one

I wear a size 10.5 but since not all shoes come in this size so I have the challenge of purchasing size 11 shoes and making them work for me. These inserts are wonderful! I am no longer walking like a toddler in my ballet flats and heels. I will definitely be purchasing these again.
