I am absolutely blown away by this computer, especially at the amazing price point on Amazon. I am upgrading from my first build that I put together about 4 years ago, and it has truly made a difference. I am an avid player of World of Warcraft, so that is where my review and feedback is going to come from. So, here are some initial pros and cons after having had the device for a week.

PROS:
- The computer is very well built, and arrived with no issues. They packed the interior of the case with a shape-conforming expanding foam, so it kept everything nice and orderly. Also, the cable management in the case is excellent and I can barely tell where the cables even are when looking into the case.
- This computer is ready to handle pretty much all of the modern games at least on high graphics settings, if not ultra. I went from setting 3 on World of Warcraft (1 in raids and dungeons) at 40-50 FPS to setting 8 in both normal play and dungeons and raids at the cap of 99 FPS, even on heroic end bosses like Argus. The only places I notice any drop is in major cities, but even then it still gets about 70 FPS.
- Windows comes installed on the SSD, which is very nice. The system booted up extremely quickly, and I've even notices that load times in game are even pretty quick with the game being installed on the HDD.
- The case looks pretty cool. I don't know what it is but the fans look awesome.

CONS:
- The computer seems to get a little warm when in graphics intensive areas. I think this is less on the CPU overheating and more on poor airflow. There is a hard cover in front of the fans with small intake holes at the top and bottom so I'm not sure how effective the fans are.
- The power supply is not a brand I recognize, and I will be replacing it when I can.

I've never owned a gaming computer but this one came highly recommended by several computer geniuses I know. Boy, I was not disappointed. I've always played the sims and its a big game that always takes forever to load. With this computer not only did it download with great timing, but the processor in this thing is amazing. After playing with it every day for about a week now I have noticed everything seems to go more smooth and runs efficiently. Something I have never had with a computer before. So glad I bought this computer it is so worth the money!
**12/7/18: almost a year later, it still runs like a beauty. We have several games, Skyrim, Diablo, fortnite, the complete Sims 4 collection and adding more and it runs like its brand new! You won’t regret your purchase!

First: Computer Works Right out of the box. Setup was easy and quick. Case is Built well and does come with Keyboard and Mouse which are quite nice. There was NO Windows CD in The Black BOX So I will have to figure out how to make a backup CD to use for Upgrades in the future. Very Nice AsRock Z370 Pro 4 Mother Board & Comes with Motherboard Quick Install Guide. The GTX 1060 3 gig ddr5 is a MSI Brand (No Complaints) I may do some gaming but bought this for my work in Graphic Art & 3d Modeling. The Board has 4 Ram Slots and Came with this Brand https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01EWBFZSE/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A2D6O8U4XOTC9L&psc=1 If your looking for a good Computer click that buy button.

I've been on the fence for a while now trying to decide if I wanted to make the jump from my Macbook Pro back into the PC world.. I finally made the choice to pull the trigger and came across this desktop. Everything is setup and I am amazed at the performance for the money!! I'm running three 24" 1080p monitors and able to run any game I try at ultra settings, 60FPS or more, most games are running 100+ without any issues while also having live Twitch streams on a second monitor and Discord and other apps on the third, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Aside from performance, the case and build are both great! Cable management was very neat, wires aren't pulled too tight and there's plenty of room inside for expansion. I've already installed a 500GB SSD on top of the included 120GB SSD and 1TB HDD to install all of my games. Install was quick and easy and the included SSD mount was a super nice touch. My build came with an Asus Motherboard and Asus GPU, supposedly this varies per build but I'm more than happy with the components I received. Look no further, this PC is great!!!

As I own all gaming platforms my son prefers gaming on a computer. I found this one and compared the innards and was happy with what was included for the price. As this was for a 12 year old I didn't want to spend thousands for something that would be almost be used for gaming. Once I received the unit it was straight forward to get up and running. I LOVE the fact that there is NO bloatware and extra crap that you end up deleting. I wish that the power supply would be stronger but I can always replace it at some point in the future.
This can run 60fps games and I added two 27 inch curved monitors.
The clear side of the desktop is plastic and could be prone to bend if it would get very hot. I ran temperature tests and it maintains good.
So for the money this is a great more than a starter gaming CPU compared to other brands and same price point. I feel that I am getting more value.

I wish also that we could upgrade just the GPU (with a higher price of course) when you are ready to buy it. Basically an option to upgrade some components.

Had the desktop since July 2018 and all is still running without any problems.

Update December 10, 2018.

Have been so satisfied that I bought a second one for my other son.
After overclocking the CPU and GPU this machine runs awesome.
No more lagging of the CPU part. Again great entry gaming desktop.

The computer is as quiet as a whisper and easy to set up. It was up and running in minutes and there are no CDs or programs to install. They are already preinstalled and ready to go. I did have to order an external usb CD drive but that's not a big deal . They are cheap and it's nice because the same one can be used on a laptop or even the tv set I have as a backup DVD player. The mouse, with it's multi color lights on the bottom border are a nice touch as well. A friend got this computer and said it was one of the best around and I have to agree. Top notch.

This computer, for the price, is an amazing machine. I purchased it for my youngest son to replace his aging laptop. He has had it for 5 days now and he says he doesn't like it, he LOVES it. Plays all his games on high settings with really good FPS.

The computer arrived in pristine condition with no defects. The inside was protected with inflatable foam packing to keep the parts installed and intact. Those reviews that say that they get damaged goods can only blame the shipper. Not CyberpowerPC. There was a meticulousness about protecting the computer during shipping.

This is a very good machine for the money and I would recommend this machine and company to anyone, wholeheartedly.

I didn't want to take the time to put together a new PC so I decided to buy a pre-made one. So far after a week everything is going well, smooth and runs my games quite well. I was worried at first due to some of the reviews saying theres a heat issue but I would assume that is with people who game to the extreme and want the max graphics for the most demanding games out there. I don't think you should buy a pre-made system for that case, as it is much easier to control by building your own PC. This seems like a good midway point for people who don't want to build a PC.

Great computer for gaming I tried fortnite and a few other games and it is a very spectacular budget gaming computer you may think the Gtx 1060 3G is a bit bad but I can run most games at 1080p 60fps at second to highest settings the processor is great just a tip don't run this PC at 4k or 1440p its not what its meant for I recommend running games at 1080p for max performance great look except the side panel is not tempered glass I got a sort of transparent tinted plastic side panel but its fine I didn't really care about it too much it comes with a great mouse and keyboard the mouse is RGB but you cant change the color from what I know you cant change the color of the RGB fans which is sort of annoying but overall great PC no shipping issues lightning fast SSD but one last important thing there is no Wi-Fi for this pc so you'll have to get an adapter or use Ethernet

Very well put together PC. Was a little hesitant about a pre build computer, but this is definitely THE option for pre built pcs. I personally purchased the i7 16 ram version, but the other i5 8 ram version is a nice discount version. But, I believe that the extra $200 is easily worth it for how much longer an i7 will last you, and you will probably purchase more ram later on anyway. And that leads me to another point, the upgradability here is perfect, there is plenty of room to do almost any kind of upgrade you'd like to on this pc. Worth the money for sure and probably the best pre built out there.

About the software issues, it was all generally a windows 10 problem that I managed to fix after a while. Nothing wrong with the computer.
