KETO taco shells are made from melting cheese. You then let it cool to the shape of your taco. To do that ... creates a big mess! Using these taco holders work perfect!! I put a papertowel over the rack and then drape my melted cheese over the rack. Soaks up the excess fat while creating the perfect shaped taco shell!! Not what it was meant for ... but provides a great resource for alternate cooking!
I love tacos, but didn't think this would work well for soft tacos. Boy, was I wrong. My soft corn tortillas fit and they were easy to transfer from the holder straight into my mouth.

Great gift for my boyfriend. The plastic dinosaur one looks nice, but you can't put that in the toaster over to heat up your hard taco shells! Stainless steel is a no-brainer for this one.
