I’ve bought the 24in soundbar from Tao tronics and I’ve enjoyed it but this soundbar took everything to the next level! I place this one in my living room with my bigger tv in order to fix the issue where the sound from the tv shoots out from behind to the sides instead of forward which it makes it hard to hear. This sound bar fixes everything! The sound shoots forward (obviously) but it also practically engulfs you for a surreal sound experience which is freaking amazing! Did not expect I would get such a surreal experience just from a soundbar alone. The soundbar is made from wood it seems like which makes this soundbar of great quality. Definitely does not feel cheap at all. It has three modes to choose from depending on what you’re listening to you can switch between music, games, or movies and it will adjust the sound to give you a better experience. Every movement can be heard clearly with this and even though there is lots of bass it doesn’t sound muddy at all. The highs don’t sound screechy with this either. This was also incredibly easy to set up. My father who is definitely not a tech genius was able to set the soundbar up and connect his phone via Bluetooth in about ten minutes. (Though he was only able to set up the soundbar so it turns on but couldn’t figure out how to connect the soundbar to the tv so he only set it up half way but you get my point.) there’s only three cables to connect in order to be fully set up so it usually takes less than five minutes. You can also mount the soundbar it comes with the pieces included to mount it on the wall but I havent tried it as I have no need for it. Honestly I don’t think you can really go wrong with any Tao tronics soundbar.
This sound bar looks good for my large screen LED TV (see attached image). My TV is thin with a narrow bezel, so it does not have front facing speakers. The back facing built-in speakers are not strong enough. This 32” sound bar compliments my TV well, providing rich digital sound, richer and much more powerful than the TV’s built-in speakers. Nice for watching action movies and music videos. Easy to install. I used the supplied optical (digital) audio cable to link my TV with the sound bar. Make sure you remove the two plastic caps on the two cable ends before using. Digital is much better than the using RCA or the 3.5 mm stereo cable (see attached image). The sound bar has an input power range of 100 – 240 V. I plugged it into my wall jack directly. I also use this sound bar as a standalone Bluetooth speaker. It paired with my Android phone. I can play music files on my phone with the remote control or my phone screen.
I needed a speaker for my television and chose this speaker. Everything about this speaker was great. From the easy 5 second installation to the crisp sound, this speaker is an an amazing product!
One of the reasons I chose this speaker was because of the wall mount. My TV is mounted on the wall so installing this speaker right below it was one of my needs. This process was easy. All you need is a screwdriver. Next I connected the optical cord from my TV to the speaker. Immediately clear sound came through the speaker. The speaker has several sound profiles you can choose from depending on what kind of audio you want to hear. There's a movie, music, and gaming mode. I set mine to movie mode since I usually just watch things. I change it to music when I'm listening to music.
It connects via bluetooth. This is useful for me since I have the ability to pair my phone with it and play music when I want to.
It also comes with a remote so you can control the speaker from a distance.
I got this sound bar to go with an old TV and boy I was pleasantly surprised as I did not expect it to be this good !
First the build quality feels solid. It supports both optical connection and the old audio (red and white) cables. The remote is so user friendly (looks like the Amazon stick remote) and has presets (movie, etc) that it took me literally less than 2 minutes to work it all out.
Now the most important thing with a sound bar is sound quality. OMG, this thing packs a punch and the sound is crisp. I am impressed.
This is my second Taotronics sound bar. I though I liked my first one I use at work and that another one couldn’t top it. But this one sounds even better and it’s going to find a nice place in my garage which I have sorely needed to rock out to some good music while working on the cars! My favorite aspect of this speaker was how quickly I was able to unbox it and have it up and running. Took about 5 mins to open it up plug it in and turn it on with the buttons right one top if you prefer not to use the remote which is also very convenient! I went into the settings on my phone and without hitting any special pairing button my phone Bluetooth connected to the speaker in one tap on it.
Quality of build: nice high quality hard plastic construction with a metal grill where the sound comes out. One cord to plug into wall about 5-6 feet long. Also comes with pictured optical cord, av-3.5mm cord and instructions and screws for wall mounting which I will definitely use for my garage!
Overall I highly recommend for someone that needs a sound bar for listening to some Bluetooth connected music and for use with a game system or tv! That’s how I intend to use it and with it’s ease of use an quality of sound I couldn’t be happier.

For the price, this little guy is fantastic. I have a small apartment and it is the perfect addition for some full bodied sound. I'm also considering mounting it right under the TV for spacial advantage and its compact form makes it an ideal candidate. Definitely a recommended buy.
I ordered this speaker so that I could hook it up to my TV and also access it via bluetooth on my phone. It is a great speaker! The volume is much louder than I expected and it fits perfectly on my TV stand. It's easy to use and store. Instructions are helpful but it is pretty self explanatory. It also comes with pieces to mount it on your wall which is an extra plus!
It took me awhile to get this installed it could have been easier if I knew these three things:
1) Remove the plastic optical cable covers! Hey if you don't know they liik like part of the cable!!
2)Set PCM audio format on your TV (defaul is bitstream)
3)Set PCM on your Digital Output (default is Dolby)
After finding and setting these 3 things the box installed no problem.
I have a soundbar for my computer from Taotronics, so I decided to also try their larger one for the TV - it works great!
From the time I received it, everything was up and running within 5 minutes. It comes with this convenient measuring paper so you know exactly where to mount it, and my TV was easily able to find the soundbar's Bluetooth connection. Sound-wise, it was pretty good as well. Both movies and games are all very loud and clear. There's not that much base (and I wasn't expecting any), but you can always pair a subwoofer.
I got this for my television in my den. Mostly used for Xbox and sports. This was so easy to hookup to my television. Improved the sound 10 fold compared to the speakers that my tc have. You never realize the difference until you actually have something besides tv speakers to listen the audio. It fit great under my television and doesn’t look out of place. Why would someone spend so much more for a name brand speaker when this easily compares to them? The controls are simple enough as are the instructions that are included. In this day and age, install is a breeze. Definetly one of the easier things to hookup in today’s technology driven society. Bass comes in nice and the verbal audio is crispy Makes you wonder why you waited so long to upgrade any stock audio for tv, pc,etc. you will not be disappointed. Go for it.
