I love these plastic exercise discs! I recently had hip surgery & needed something like this to help with my home physical therapy. They glide nicely on my carpet & are perfect for me! Wow! They are just like the ones I use at my physical therapist’s office but I’m sure I paid a lot less than they did! $6??? It’s a no-brainer here! For the longest time I used paper plates to complete workouts but finally bought these and they are perfect ! Glide easily over carpet and perfect size, my feet are a 6.5. These are a fun way to change up the normal workout!! And you can’t beat the price.
