I bought this for airline travel. When I packed it the first time, I was amazed by how much it held and how organized everything was. I was going to write a review then but my husband said to wait til after the trip, that it might fall apart during travel. Well, the trip is over and this backpack is easily the best AND the most comfortable I’ve ever had. Zippers worked fine, the computer section was padded, the big compartment easily held my cpap, the wide padded straps and padded back felt terrific, and the handle on top was easy to hold and felt very sturdy. Would happily buy this again for anyone needing a good backpack. I LOVED having my carry-on on my back instead of hanging off a shoulder or dragging behind me.
Very nice travel backpack lots of room in storage very comfortable to fit perfect size I was going back and forth between the Swiss travel backpack but this met my expectations very satisfied very happy with the purchase will recommend it $48 bucks you can't beat that

The backpack looks great! The inner plastic lining is noisy, kind of cheap, but for the price, I can’t complain. It is very spacious, which I love. I can’t wait to use it on my upcoming trip!
I was very excited to receive this backpack as I ordered one for my husband. The initial backpack did not work with my iPhone. I contacted customer support, who responded promptly, they provided an updated backpack which worked perfectly for my iPhone. I highly recommend this backpack!
If you're looking for a backpack with large capacity, this is a great option! I've purchased a couple of different 17" laptop backpacks in the past, and this one is definitely the most spacious. Compartments are large, and has plenty of pockets. Deep side pocket that can easily hold a water bottle or slim coffee thermos.
The materials used are much improved over the previous generation. I had a problem with the original, and the company quickly responded and replaced it with the updated version. So the level of service is outstanding.
The backpack contains a port for recharging your cell phone, but does not include the rechargeable battery pack. These are easily obtainable and inexpensive. I wish there were a pocket inside designed to hold the battery pack, but no big deal.
For those in the know, I have used this backpack to carry my Ableton Push Controller with plenty of room to spare. The main laptop compartment has plenty of space, and is padded.
I am very happy with this backpack.

Husband travels a LOT and had his very expensive ($530) backpack stolen in what the police called a "bust and go" (drove up next to the rental truck - took a hammer, busted out the window, grabbed his backpack and drove off - all within about 20 seconds - on security camera). Long story short, he was very dismayed to have to find a replacement. After several weeks and research, winding down options to about 1/2 a dozen backpacks - he chose this one. He reports a few things...
PROS: 1. it's well made - well above the price. And a long shot from the cost of the over expensive backpack that was stolen. 2. It's roomy. 3. Everything he needs fits. 4. There are a LOT of compartments - they sort of fan out when all open.
CONS: None.... unless you consider his opinion as a "con".... It is entirely possible you could overload it and make it very, very heavy....
A couple of further notes.... he has not evaluated the charging aspects of the bag.. there are spots you can pull a USB cord through to attach to your devices... He also has not had any issues with the TSA - however he is authorized TSA "pre check." So you are, at the time of this review" not required to remove certain things from your bag.
I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful and as he uses it.
UPDATE: 9/16/2017.... Husband continues to love this bag. It's just really useful to have the outer power connections and all the handles are reinforced and strong - he's "tested" them a few times - he is NOT "easy" on his bags....I think this backpack is well worth the price...
I really love this backpack! The backpack is very spacious and have many pockets/sections to store your things. It holds two laptops comfortably and could easily storage two more. I would recommend this backpack to everyone.
I have not traveled with the backback yet but it is very roomy with different storage sections and lots of mesh storage pockets for securing smaller items inside the back pack. It is made with quality materials with decent quality zippers. I do a lot of one and two day trips and I think this will be large enough for my electronics and a change of cloths.
I want to review this twice, first as received and then after some time of use.
The backpack arrived intact in a plastic bag. All zippers worked smooth. No loose or miss-sewn seams or corners. Sewing looks good both inside and outside. The pack is made of medium thin material so quality in sewing the material together is important. A missed seam or badly sewn in zipper or a poor reinforcement patch could lead to premature fraying or failure. The zipper quality is medium, the clips standard. The shoulder straps are a only padded about 3/8" makes for sharp edges - I'll let you know after some use if they cut. The upper grab handle is plastic covered wire cable - looks strong but I don't feel or see much material and cross sewing reinforcement at the points of attachment - I see how it holds up over time. Many pockets and in the right places. I like that it has two side bottle pockets. It also has two slant zippered pockets above each bottle pocket that run the bottom half of the pack - perfect to stuff a foot long umbrella into and deep enough for it to not fall out. Description says water resistant - I'll find out. I like the laptop holder - padded pocket with secure strap on top. Nice with the pocket - it won't fall out when you open the zipper. The main compartment is huge, deep and wide. I'll come back and give wear and tear feedback in a couple months.

Been through 6 days of medium to hard rain - everything stayed dry inside :D!
Zippers are good. Sometimes they stick, but this is not defect - just that the bag material is a light material - zippers like stiff materials.
Shoulder straps have been comfortable - they do not cut in even with a heavy loaded pack.
I will comment again in a couple months about durability.
5/18/2018 - now have survived the rainy season and it has kept everything dry inside. The material is still intact. I've loaded it with 8-15lbs. of stuff and used it daily to get to work and the straps, handles and material have all been okay. I was worried about the reinforcement spots like handle attachment and the way the material pulls under a heavy load - but it all has been good :D!. My one last suggestion would be that they replace the zippers with YKK brand. The ones they use seem like regular duty zippers. I have noticed on the front pocket that I open a lot that the zipper track at a couple spots is showing damage. Usually I pull at the pocket zipper from an angle and the zipper has been getting caught mid-open. I fear that the zipper track will suffer premature failure. I've seen that YKK brand zippers are much more heavy duty and are self-healing. So, that would be my last wish - YKK zippers. I have a Land's End cloth attache bag that is 20+ years old. I've used and abused it, over stuffed it and thrown it around. The cloth has holes and tears - but all the YKK zippers are intact. This bag would get 5 stars if they'd use YKK zippers. Otherwise, I am very happy with this bag's performance and would buy it again.
Just as described. Nice how it zips wide open!! And fits larger laptops.
