I got this in Aug and wanted to give it a little time to either work or not before reviewing it. I started a LCHF way of eating back in April and my hair had suffered because of it. I was losing way more than the normal amount of hair daily. Mostly after showering and picking it out. Even with tons of conditioner in it. My hair is long (middle of my back) and normally very thick.
So far, after a few months taking this (one in the am and one at lunch every day), I am starting to notice that my hair isn't coming out as badly now. Some days it's a little more than others, but again, my diet plays a HUGE role in that. Overall, I am very pleased with the results I am seeing. My nails are long & strong as well. Hair seems to be getting longer, quicker also. I do drink a lot of water, so my face hasn't broken out like others have reported. I will be purchasing more in the future before I run out.

I have been taking the Biotin for about a month now and i love it! I've seen the most improvement in my skin, it is clearing up and glowing! My Hair is more shiny. I Have always always had problems with my nails and they are slowly getting less easy to break. If you buy Biotin you need to drink plenty of water or it wont be as efficient.
I know it is working somewhat. I purchase this for my female hair falling out in chunks as I age and have had surgeries. After using it for months these are my results. My only complaint is that I did not grow back hair in a particularly thin area.

I love to take Biotin to keep my nails strong. I prefer to have longer nails that are natural instead of gels or other artificial nails. This was a great price for this - much less than at Walgreens. They are capsules instead of the gel caps Walgreens had, but no a big deal to me. I'm also impressed with the customer service from this vendor. Their communication has been impressive.
