So I purchased this necklace for my son and unfortunately you can barely see his name on the necklace and it’s very disappointing. I contacted the seller and I received a response in less than an hour or so and they offered me a new one at no extra cost! I’m very eager to see if the new product is more visible. I thank you greatly for striving to make me a satisfied customer.
Paid an upcharge for hand-stamping after seeing a review complaining about machine-engraving, and the hand-stamping was also a little crooked on some letters. However, it was not so bad that I felt embarrassed giving it to my wife, and she loves it, so as long as the finish and material holds up overtime this is an adequate gift.
Update 5/22: Vendor offered to replace my first necklace based on my feedback. The replacement was significantly better than the original in terms of alignment and orientation of the letters, not perfect but reasonably good for the price.
I ordered the longer 19’ necklace in rose gold with my sons name engraved on it. I LOVE it and wear it everyday. Goes well with every outfit and is very simple. The 19’ is perfect length I feel like anything shorter would be too short.
I bought two of these in silver for my daughters' teenaged dance sisters. They arrived on time! They are small, and I wasn't sure the girls would even notice that their name was on them, but they both saw their name right away and seemed to really like them.

The Necklace was beautiful. I bought this as a birthday gift for my daughter's friend. She loved it. It is simply enough to wear everyday but it doesn't look cheap. I would definitely recommend this for a young women. The seller was great too! I paid for expedited shipping because it was a last minute gift. It shipped out the same day and I got it in time even though I am on the east coast.
I ordered 3 necklaces for myself and my littles in my sorority. They put my Greek letters! Absolutely beautiful wish it was cheaper to add more to the other two sides is my only complaint. Great quality though! Also it came so fast I ordered Thursday and it was hear by Saturday!
