I never had a grill cover as I recently purchased a propane grill. I was concerned that being left outdoors will take its toll on my new grill.
I purchased this one after looking around and it is high quality. Material is thick and sturdy, blocks the sun beating on it and rain from rusting it as well. I like the handles to pull the cover off easily. Velcro bottom straps keep it in place from the wind. Good stuff.
This is the most thickest cover that I sow , Reviews were excellent, the weight is over 4 lbs comparing the competition
is 3.7 lbs you can see & feel the thickness, I know is my 1st day of using it but you can tell when u see something good, the handles and velcro makes it even better, my old cover discolored & torn just about 3 months.
I emphasize strongly about this cover to purchase it comparing other cover that are more expensive.

To be honest, I cannot speak to the cover's longevity, as I have only had it on my grill for two weeks or so. I was on the fence between this cover and another of a similar price. I picked this one based on the stated warranty. The reviews of both covers were really good.
I was surprised at how heavy duty it is for the price. I expected something flimsy that would tear in a heartbeat. Based on the feel, I suspect it will last a good number of years. And if it doesn't, well I didn't pay an arm and a leg for it.
The material is thick and doesn't strike me as something that will rip easily; perhaps in a violent storm--but even then, the most expensive covers will fail.
I was pleased at what a good fit the cover is. I had no trouble putting it on. My grill was a couple of inches shy of what the stated length of the cover was, but it looks good and doesn't look like a crappy tarp cover. The velcro at the bottom was an added bonus. It means that when there is a windstorm I may not need to go find some rope.
I would definitely recommend this cover to anyone who needs one.
I do have to give credit to the quality of this cover. More than met my expectations for an inexpensive grill cover.. It is made of thick heavy material with the 600 D waterproof liner and It looks very nice. It easily fit right over one of my Weber 3 burner Spirit E 310 grills with side burner controls. Its an older version which is 54 inches long and 24 inches wide. It will not fit all versions of Weber Genesis 310 and Spirit 310 models. Some of those are 58-60 inches long and 26 inches wide . So check your measurements of your grill before you order. Do not order just by model number.
For the last couple of years I have rebuilt used Weber grills as a hobby and sell them at my cost to families that cant afford to buy a new grill. So I am always looking for quality parts at the most reasonable price. This company will now be my go to company for grill covers. Im really impressed with the quality for the price of these covers.
Just bought a new grill for the first time and needed a cover for it. Amazon always has everything so window shopping I went. Flipped through a lot of different grill covers before finally landing on this one. Most of the grill covers I ran across where just a few inches to small. This grill cover ended up being a few inches to big but that's better then too small. Received it in two days with my Amazon Prime free two day shipping. Opened it up right away and put it on my grill. And let me tell you way better then the tarp I had draped over my old grill I received from some friends. It did end up being a little bit longer, just like I thought it might, but that is okay with me. I like the Velcro straps at the bottom allowing you to tighten the cover around the grill to prevent the wind from taking it away. Nice thick and heavy feeling material. easy slip on and off. Very good product and works for wanting a nice grill cover to go with my nice new grill.

A number of reviewers commented about the weight of this cover and I agree. Although the weight doesn't necessarily mean durability, it is heavier than my previous covers. It arrived in perfect condition. I have gotten two years at best out of my previous covers. The product reviews showed 88% 5 star reviews I noted that they were from 2018 but because of the price I took a chance. The cover fits well and I am hoping that the heavier weight translates to greater durability. Time will tell.
I have tried many different grill covers, but they are all too thin, they rip easily, they blow off caused by the wind, etc. The Heavy Duty Gas BBQ Grill covers my grill right to the bottom and tightens at the bottom, is heavier than other covers, and fits perfectly. Buffalo just had 70 mph winds and the cover stayed on throughout the storm. I really like this cover and hopes it lasts.
Was worried because the widest part of my grill was a little wider than the measurements but it fits perfect and has velcro straps at the bottom on the sides to cinch it in. This was my second cover for my grill. The first one I risked the bigger size because of the width and it was such a pain these past several years. So happy with this one. Made from sturdy material.
